Quite deficient, customer service still plays worse and the customer has to do aspa work while aspa messes up and the bank spreads its hands. It would also be nice to get bank statements easily taken and not always through battle.

Op-mobile should be modelled on
I was previously a customer of OP. Their op mobile app is really good. Compared to that, nordea's app is confusing and really bad. For example, Nordea cannot choose the default account for e-invoices from which the charge is sent. You will have to each **** invoice separately to edit and change the account that leaves the real account. For the developer, the answer to the default e-invoice account. I have 2 active accounts from which e-invoices are sent. Of course, I can choose a default account, but then all e-invoices will be directed to that account. In any case, you will have to edit the invoices so that the saar leave the correct account. Still, you will notice afterwards that again there has been a payment from the wrong account when you have not remembered to modify the payment to leave the correct account. In Op-mobile, you can choose your own chargeable default account for the e-invoice provider and it will remember it. I would desperately miss such a feature for Nordea as well!

I installed on a new phone and for some reason the mobile app says after each login attempt that I am automatically logged out. Fortunately, online banking can also be accessed with a mobile phone, but it is really frustrating when mobile banking does not work. The proposed solution does not help. I also tried removing the mobile bank from my old phone, the play store still claims that the app is also installed on my old phone.

My account has been closed because I used a debit card to pay for the card PIN when prompted. Reportedly, Nordea's authentication PIN should have been used. I'm practically penniless for 24 hours and even the helpline won't help me because I can't verify my identity (because my identification is locked). How can a bank act so harshly?
