Idiotic that you have to have a new mobile or tablet. Nice that you "update" the app so that I suddenly no longer have any access to my internet banking!

Lowest grade now because all the possibility to be able to search and compile data and use it in one's own financial planning and work has been removed in the new versions. Previously, it was possible to search criss-cross and far back in time and on invoices for different names and compile this into your own documents and use it in your own financial planning, all this has been removed.

Instructions from customer service do not match what the tab is called in the app. Complicated to transfer money between accounts.

Bad bank. Instead of calling and asking if I made a specific transaction, they instead lock my account and card. Which means that I will get reminder fees from bills etc. They have blocked so I can't open a new bankid either. Got my money back from my friend that he owed me... Ask instead, to block... In addition, I can almost never log in because Nordea always has technical problems. Changing bank right away !

Would be OK in theory. However, lacking in user friendliness. Payments cannot be executed and the credit card cannot be refilled when moving out of Sweden and changing your Smartphone. Except if you have the old card reader device. Warning.

Isn't it fucking weird?? That you need the Bank ID app to be able to log in to get the Bank ID app??. When you have changed your phone because it has broken so you cannot use the bank id app!! Catch-22
