New update bug
After the latest update, the app only opens in portrait, no landscape option for iPad.

Only portrait view works
The app can be viewed either in landscape or portrait format. I always use landscape. As of this morning, this is not an option anymore despite having downloaded the most recent update. I would like landscape back. Otherwise, the app is a 5 out of 5.

Good App but please bring back landscape for iPad
3 stars until you fix this. It worked before now two rapid updates later and landscape mode for iPad users is still broken. C'mon folks fix it

V11.7 HAS AWFUL MANDATORY PORTRAIT MODE!
With the latest app updates (version 11.7 and later), Nordstrom app now requires you to use the iPad app in portrait mode, even if you use landscape mode and lock it to prevent rotation. I am so disappointed at this “bug” being introduced by developers who fail to realize many of us use landscape mode exclusively. I will not be using the Nordstrom iPad app any further until this “bug” is fixed by the developers. I recommend you all hold on updating the app until they fix it!!!!

Landscape Mode off? Been using the Nordie's app for YEARS while on my iPad. Looks like the new update removed the landscape mode? Can you bring that back? There are a lot of us that use our iPad (with a swanky keyboard) to shop. Thank you.

Don’t Like The Change
Suddenly, the app will no longer work in landscape mode. Items aren't as easy to see and consider. I may start using the regular website page and dump the app.

Search filters don’t work
When searching for shoes I select the filter then choose ‘closed toe' and it still pulls up open toe shoes.

Disappointed
I have ordered the Lancôme sunscreen 1.7zo, but the store cancelled my order directly on the promotion. After no promotion, I saw it has 2 left Lancôme sunscreen in the store. It's so cheating to me. I don't trust Nordstrom anymore.
