Sudden Cancelled Item
I was looking forward for my purchase, and I'm very disappointed with Nordstrom costumer service. I really thought that I lost my package in my mail, but they just decided to cancel my order without notifying me as a buyer. Despite with the inconvenience, they didn't even bother to compensate me for not delivering my package and not delivering the missing item. Nordstrom didn't handle it well, and the only thing that they can do was to say sorry for the inconvenience.

It ok. Sometimes runs out of size 12 I. Woman dress pants too quickly. Not enough coupons. But it's ok. Never reload stock always something new

Sold out! Why are you showing me this?
I haven't previously had this experience, however, every item I search for brand wise is showing me lots and lots of items and when I click on them, they say they're sold out. Why would I want you to show me the item if it is sold out? Sold out items should be filtered out of my view when I search for something, otherwise your customers are wasting their time looking at your app.

I like the selection but they keep getting delivered late by at least a couple days. That time counts toward when it needs to be returned which is difficult when you live out of town, which is why I use the mail order anyway!

Slipping
I used to love Nordstrom Rack. Unfortunately, it has become a messy, unorganized cheap outlet. The quality of clothing has gone downhill and finding things in the store is difficult. Yes, I shop there on occasion but much less frequently.

It could be better .
Ordered so many items coz we're far away from the store some of it don't fit us and please people do not rely on negative reviews , some people just have bad experience. Returning stuff is not free shipping !! We have to reorder the items again with our right sizes it's just a hassle and too much money for returning items that don't fit .

$10 surcharge for HAWAI’I shipping?? 🤬
Placed an order for two pairs of jeans. Did not notice that I was charged an additional $10 surcharge for shipping it to my home address in Hawaii. Now come on Nordstrom, that is just not right. You operate two stores here. I immediately tried to cancel my order, but was advised that it was too late. Literally 5 minutes after placing the order. Spoke with customer service and was advised that I would be refunded the $10 , of course this was NOT true. Bye bye Nordstrom, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
