Changing the orientation of the APP is Horrible. My iPad is on a keyboard and now I am to hold the thing up on it side. Clumsy, dumb.

It won't let me sign in. It'll prompt me to send a verification text or email but nothing happens when I select either option.

Not public restroom

I am a customer and I ask for the restroom code and the staff member said no public restroom with out reason I always shop here and also restroom was open for customers disappointed

Disappointed with the Delivery package

I was sorely disappointed with my recent HOKA purchase from The Rack. While I expected the usual quality from HOKA, the packaging and condition of the shoes fell short of expectations. I prefer receiving my shoes in their original HOKA box rather than just a plain brown packaging container. Additionally, the shoes arrived with dirty soles and lacked proper shoe support to maintain their shape. Attention to these details would greatly improve the customer experience and uphold the premium quality associated with the HOKA brand.

App Should be Horizontal NOT Vertical

Until the most recent upgrade of the iPad app, the display was horizontal. With the most recent upgrade, the app only displays vertical. Either change it back or give the user the option to display it horizontal. Put simply, I do not like being forced to view the app vertical.
