2 stars for when it actually works. Whenever I get a new phone, MyPaymentVault locks me out. I have to call customer and listen to the agent roll her eyes at me while apologizing in the most ingenuine tone. Then it's a gamble whether they actually let me back in or not after they unlock it and tell me to wait 30 minutes before trying again. The website works fine, but this app... ugh! It goes back like to before this company was named Northlane. They never fix it.

Couldn't create my account as one of the fields wouldn't even let me type anything. Created my account onli e and it's telling me my username or pw are invalid and I know they are both correct.
