Cash point hell
Nice for travel documents, but impossible to register bonus points. Truly frustrating and a waste of time. If you want cash points, use somebody else.

Check-in and boarding passes seldom works
To check-in via the app is rarely possible for me. Instead I usually get the reply that I should do it at the airport. After the check-in is done the boarding passes seldom are available in the app. Instead a blank page is shown.

Boarding pass
Really stressful trying to find the boarding pass on the website ,Website pushes you onto the app and then you still can't find it. It says it's going to text you within two hours of flying 😳

Terrible customer service
Their website had a problem while booking and charged me wrong and they won't refund lr fix the mistake. Customer service is really unhelpfull

Strong, improvable and unstable
It's nice that the app is now at least in German. However, it runs completely unstable on iOS, some functions are displayed but cannot be carried out, such as seat reservation. When I want to call up the booking, the server regularly crashes
