Disables Apple Wallet

After installing and launching this app, I get popup saying (my free eng.translation from my own language): payment cards and other cards in Wallet are disabled as long as Norwegian is in use. Contacted Apple support and Apple has no reference to such issue. Contacted Norwegian customer service who was not eager to help at all. My phone has latest iOS. Note, there is similar evaluation on 2th June by other user saying it broak Wallet connection
