App not casting since last week

App has stopped working for casting to tv - tried multiple ways (chromecast, airplay/Apple TV) and also tried airplay or hdmi from laptop and nothing works. Plays fine on phone or laptop though. Terrible.

Massively overpriced

For what you get compared to other streaming services, this is way too expensive. Also, download quality is garbage with no way of changing it even if you pay for the HD/4K tiers. Plus, there are unskippable ads for their other shows on the ad-free tiers. An ad for another show is still an ad.

What has happened to chromecast?

This is twice now I've been asked to review the app after the latest update. It asks me this whilst it simply refuses to connect to chromecast. It was not previously an issue and now every time I try to cast, I end up in a never ending loop of it playing on my phone whilst lying about it playing on the tv. Wouldn't normally leave a review like this but the app has been absolutely insistent on it whilst not providing a core function. Also I paid £17 for a 24 hour sports pass last month and I had to wait 25 minutes to watch the match on a different device despite correctly signing out of the other one I was watching it on before. Be better.

It’s a nightmare to use

Spent an hour to figure it out how to register as it was logging me in to my ex account all the time. Then every time I'm watching I have to log out first from laptop to watch on iPad then from iPad to watch on iPhone etc. Not for me, but still need to pay for another 5 months

Casting to tv

Since the new update to the app, I've been unable to cast anything onto the tv using chromecast. I've never had any problems with this in the past and now if I'm unable to cast having an account is pointless as I don't watch anything directly from my phone.

Awful new update

New update is awful. Unable to delete downloads, continues play is playing things I do not want to watch so know continue watching is full of items with no ability to remove them. Come on now, sort it out
