My NPO is still gone
Since the new update, it is not possible to follow your favorite shows. So every time you have to manually search for all the programs and then see if there is a new episode. Please return the old version (before v9.00) or communicate more clearly about the situation and the plan. Update: - My NPO still hasn't returned. So you'll miss out on your favorite series when they start again. - Continuing to watch doesn't work, so the episode keeps starting at the beginning.

Meh video platform
3 ads per episode and very often an error message that causes the video to freeze and have to start over. Not a good platform for videos

And again I have to log in to the TV again. I've had it up to here. Apparently, you're doing everything you can to get rid of your paying customers. If it takes you 15 minutes each time to be able to watch on the TV, then never mind.

When streaming to (old) chromecast, the connection drops every 10 minutes with error. Constantly stopping, stopping and starting casts is very disturbing, and totally out of date. Just like the low resolution (480p?, iig no hd). (Used out of necessity for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024)

App plays everything just fine. Big point for improvement: the item on the Home page 'continue watching': you can choose to delete a program yourself, via the 3 dots menu. It's not for nothing that I often don't watch an item any further, but it stays there, and you have to use the slider to go to the end of each episode so that it eventually disappears. The choices to choose to watch something based on your mood: totally useless.
