Unclear if you want a discount
You have to scan a qr code if you want a group travel discount. The NS makes it as difficult as possible for you. EVERY other app in which you have to scan a qr code makes it easy for you, in the NS app it is UNFINDABLE. Why???? What a minus company that comes up with these kinds of things!

Mobile App update money deposit only after 24 hours or longer and also whether or not you are checked in is only shown much later in the app. Travel times and disruptions are often shown quickly

Incorrectly said the trip was cancelled when it wasn't. Last time the opposite happened; Just kept piling on delays and then we missed our connection instead of saying we couldn't make the conection. Data not in sync with the announcer.

The app shows iteneraries with the trains that are cancelled. That makes it useless if the trains are not going, which is often the case.

Huge deterioration. Too many unnecessary functions - like map - that can't be turned off. Clearly an app developed by someone chained to the data vacuum cleaner of alphabet.

I regularly experience a problem where the cards cannot be uploaded, even though I have a good internet connection.

Totally worthless
I just bought tickets for way too much money. In that app. For myself and someone else. Paid. Now I only see my own ticket in my app. What a hopeless system. Lost money?!

Very pushy, *asking for feedback on every ticket I buy that I have already given twice. *Have to deselect the newsletter with every ticket I buy. Very annoying. For the rest it is a well-functioning app, it is these kinds of things that really irritate.
