Combined travel discount
Had to go to a lot of trouble to get a travel discount together. Doesn't work in any way. In the end, it turns out that there is a flaw in the system. Missed discounts must be reclaimed through customer service. Very cumbersome!!

Since the new update drama. Loading routes takes a lot longer, trains have been cancelled while they are still running, according to the app. If temporary trains are running, this will not be reported in the app.

I can't login because they don't send me an account activation email, even after 10 hours. This means I can't load the ticket on the app. Their customer support line does not answer when I call. I do not have a printer and print shops are closed on Sunday, which means NS technical issues just screwed me out of €60

The app is useful for looking for a ride and seeing which track you need to have. However, a big disadvantage of this app is that you only get to see a day later whether you have checked in or out.
