Mandatory newsletter
An app where you have to opt out of the newsletter is outdated. In addition, getting the ticket in your app works well, only wallet does not work, which is a shame

Location does not change
The travel planner keeps jumping back to the previous search query. So it doesn't work. I hear this from more users. Please fix it soon.

Booking Travel Assistance leaves much to be desired. Booked times are displayed incorrectly in the overview of all trips (7am instead of 7pm), when checking for booking a trip, the name of the departure station is displayed twice, while the correct time for departure and arrival is indicated. In addition, it is particularly annoying that you first have to make a booking with assistance before you can 'save' the same trip and turn on notifications.
