Update is 🙅🏻‍♀️
The update is just terrible. When you need to buy a ticket quickly, you now always have to enter a ton of information about yourself—email, last name, first name... It used to be simple and fast. All my friends have stopped using it, and so have I, because it's too time-consuming and seems designed just to make ticket purchasing more complicated.

Great for trains, not tickets
Official Dutch Rail app has trains sorted, but buying a ticket is impractical. No one touch Apple Pay, or even option to remember card info. Every time you'll be sent to a web page to key in your card details. Impractical for public transport.

Bought ticket online, but unable to upload in app, keeps saying I don't have a ticket even though I paid for it. A lot of hassle to get my money back and forced to spend another 60+ euros on a new ticket at the machine. This is really off-putting. Customer service lady is nice and understanding but says she can't help, I have to get a refund but very unclear how to do that as their app doesn't give that option.

Login Retention Issue
The user is automatically logged out of the app within hours. This issue appeared December 2024, multiple updates since, no fix! Pls fix. Once logged in, remain logged in.

It works okay but they removed the ability to use my subscription discount in the app which was always helpful when travelling with others and I'm not really sure why they've done it.

Check-in and check-out does not work
Since the beginning of this year, I no longer receive notifications (iPhone) when checking in and out. Checked settings and re-downloaded app, but nothing helps. Chatbot doesn't know what to do either. When will this problem be fixed? Bad thing!
