Loses info on update

The biggest issue with this app is that it loses all login info with each update. You can't recover it without knowing your account number. It's not on your tolltag so you have to call in to find that info. You should be able to recover with email and security questions like all other apps. It renders the app useless as the whole point is to be able to access 24/7.

Can't log in because they want you to answer a security question that they don't ask! Its blank!

It's mind boggling that both the app and the website can be this bad. I can't even login to either with a password I just changed. It's criminal how hard they make it to login and give them money. It's 2025 and they can't make a website work? Somebody seriously needs to sue them.

Too may updates

Why do we have to keep updating the app? This constant update that we have to complete is insane!! Not everyone keeps remembering passwords and having to rest passwords at every time there's an update is ridiculous. Then I get sent to collections because I couldn't get into my account to pay my bill in time. Stop with these instant updates every month!!
