The app may be good, but the human beings who work for it need to evolve a lot! I made a recharge purchase without knowing it was through this platform, I couldn't access the seller, I tried 2 contacts with this Nuvemshop, I only received standard emails, in the 3rd attempt I asked for help via chat, in addition to talking to a robot, they asked to wait for the response by email, and [url] standard response. I managed to solve it another way, but you have to improve your empathy for those who don't know how to use technology.

Because on the cell phone this application has so many flaws, compared to its web version. I've been wanting to log in from my cell phone for days and it doesn't recognize my password, but it does on the web.
