Dispute Feature is a Joke - Don't Count on It This app makes it easy to pay traffic tickets, but when you try to dispute a wrongful ticket-even with solid evidence-they do nothing to help. The dispute process feels like a useless formality. They take your money instantly but won't stand by you when it matters. If you're innocent, don't expect support. This app works for the system, not for you.

Pay camera ticket

It was very difficult trying to pay online and paying by credit card. After an hour of trying different ways to pay, I tried Venmo and it was a breeze.

Scanning app

Seniors can't always use apps please consider putting in a scanning app to assist those that have difficulty as I only have one eye and it was very difficult to get this done

Make it easier

I tried maybe 15 times to pay the ticket. The system doesn't allow an international debit nor credit card, I had to ask for a us friend telephone, it didn't work with PayPal, I had to install Venmo just to give you money. Make it easier.

NYC Pay or Dispute - Product Description

“NYC Pay or Dispute” is New York City’s official mobile app to securely pay or dispute parking and camera violations. You will be able to do the following:
· Pay tickets by credit or debit card or through your bank account (eCheck). No Fee applies when paid using eCheck.
· Dispute a ticket immediately using your device’s camera to upload evidence.
· Search ticket(s) using violation or license plate numbers.
· Save tickets you have previously searched for.
· Save license plates and billing information on your device.
· View payment history by ticket or license plate numbers.
· View dispute history by ticket or license plate numbers.
· Receive receipts by email and/or text.
