Keeps logging me out then when putting my details in saying wrong password dreadful app😞

bit buggy. when trying to input numbers (for example readings) i cursor jumps 1-2 characters back randomly, so have to fix its position constantly

Not worked properly (lag/hanging/freezing) for a cpl of months now!

When adding a device, authentication after selecting charger type.is buggy. Cannot authenticate. Cannot cancel. Cannot resubmit. So cannot give the app more than 1 star.

The app actually seems to be useful, but one of the most important functions for me - setting up a SEPA direct debit mandate - doesn't work. I always get an error message saying "Oh dear, that shouldn't have happened - an unknown error has occurred". I've been trying it for a month and am using the latest version of the app.

App almost useless because you can't see consumption and there are no additional functions. Better to go through browser. I uninstall.

Gold medal for the least practical and ergonomic applications.... Would an application with a visual IN EURO be possible or too complicated? Take EDF as an example if ever... Since you don't listen to the critics (I'm not the only one to read the opinions) Really far from being clear I am very disappointed. With hindsight just for the application I would never have come to your place. I think that the passage will be short-lived given the readability of the site and the application.

Where's the balance history in the app. It was a very useful tool. Please reinstate it

Totally useless app, it doesn't even give you the possibility to pay bills directly from the app or view the status of old bills
