Great app if your smart meter is working... Ours hasn't worked for over 12 months and Octopus won't fix it, so app is a bit pointless.

Yes, the app doesn't seem to be bad at all! But the rest is very tedious! The installation of a smart meter takes well over 3 months !! As long as you can pay the far listening price Also the compatibility with some e-car manufacturers does not work, I think we are not friends until then, I am still missing too much

The app is not working. Since mid-October it has not given consumption. It is useless.

Nov 24 update has daily useage display bugs which are annoying. Shows a nonsense graph with incorrect usage.

The app has an option to view gas usage by day, week or month. This does not work. Been in email conversation with octopus for over 2 months but no explanation or fix.

Can't change the charge percentage on the app and only have the ability to change the ready by time. App crashes ever time I try to change the time.
