I can’t cast..
Hey developers! For a couple of days, I've been trying to cast my Quest 2 to my iPad, TV, phone, etc. It won't let me.. I went in gorilla tag and clicked the cast button on my headset, and it said go to some link or use the app, but I'm pretty sure my app is messed up or outdated. When I tried to pair my headset with my iPad, it wouldn't work at all, and no code appeared on my screen. I even looked up a video on safari, that was posted 2 weeks ago, and the guy had a different screen from mine. His screen had the cast button in the left corner of his screen. When I tried to pair it again, I clicked the help button. It was telling me to do all of this stuff, making me sign in to my account, and then it finally told me to send my headset in to update it? I don't want to do that! I honestly just wish that this app never got updated in the first place.

Bluetooth won't connect and when I use the VR main unit, it just keeps showing the group connection screen and doesn't know what to do... I just want to get a refund, but what should I do?? I can't use it. I should've checked the reviews before buying it. And when I downloaded it from the Play Store and tried to sign up, it asked me to enter a user name at the last minute, but it keeps saying that I can't use either English or Korean.. I'm so annoyed, I can't use it. Please return it quickly. It wasn't a small amount of money, so if it doesn't work, am I just wasting my money? Please return it quickly.

I want to stream to my phone with the Meta Quest. But it doesn't work because I still have to connect to my Bluetooth but I can't connect to the 5-digit code on the Horizon app the whole time. Try again. Please fix the problem. THANK YOU
