Desire for improvement
The app works fine :) but it's not nice that you HAVE to save your card information in the app... Personally, I never save card information as this is not recommended in relation to if the company is exposed to IT attacks... So I would very much like to make a wish that you do not have to save your information. If it is already possible, I would love to know for another time :) But otherwise the app works well ⭐️

Awful app and customer service
I downloaded with Qr code in store with offer of free pastry and points. Neither materialised. I contacted customer service a week later they asked for my number. Another week after supplying they confirmed receipt and I they were passing onto a department. Never heard from them again. Tried to determinate my account. Asks for mobile number. Says it's just to verify but won't let you proceed without checking option to allow marketing. Then takes you to a screen asking for your payment card. If you cancel that page it doesn't delete your account. So I can't even cancel my account. I hate this kind of thing, dishonest marketing. Malfunctioning systems with no support. Gives me zero confidence these people should have access to my data and manage it securely. And puts me off shopping with them again. Great job marketing team. Another customer lost and annoyed.

A totally ridiculous and unnecessary application, poorly made, full of advertising, you read more propaganda than your own files, it takes a long time to show you what you need, absolute garbage that I am going to remove right now to download a more practical app.

I agree with all the 1⭐ reviews!!!!!! [handle] ...PUT THIS APP IN THE TRASH AND START OVER. Has potential but it will be a lot of work and likely won't be able to gain back the trust of those of us who made it g this far. My main concern is, you all don't seem to have a way for users (ex-users) to request deletion of our data you've collected 😡 DELETE MY DATA!!!!!!!
