Scam! Final price changes at a high price compared to the price which was initial shown on the app. No proper customer communication nor assistance. WORST APP!! DON'T EVER USE OLA!!!

You say that weekends is a western culture, we should work on weekends too. But the same westerners by only working 4-5 days a week create a app that can surpass your app in all the levels. My experience with this app is sooo bad it has 100s of bugs. Even I can create a better application then you guys. Focus on creating good app first then comment on how much Indians should work. Worst app ever to order food. I ordered food and the delivery person called me but I didn't get the notification as it was a spam call and the order was showing delivered. But when I called the customer support, all she did was she put the call on conference and did nothing and I neither got the order nor the refund.

Booking outstation in ola is life threaten for anyone, I have faced the below problem and raised compliant against this not even single response from anyone. have booked ride for tamilnadu 82 km from pick up location at 8 PM on26th driver travelled only 9.3 kms on 29 minutes behaved very rudely like drunker and said he won't be come that location and stopped ride forcely. He said bill amount is 1050 give full amount and won't come to ur location and i called ola emergency no response from them..
