Auto fair 2 amount mein aata hai isko 1 mein karo exp 100-150 isme driver jayeda waali amt mangta hai or travelers ko confusion rahata hai please fix this error. Because aapke application mein money return ka option bhi nahi hai isiliye jayeda problem hai. Please fix this issue otherwise I will use another application is better than you.

The last ride I booked, I paid online before completing ride still I have been charged extra, extra charged was tripple the original amount. Raised this will with Ola team multiple times but they only showing status of refund will soon be credited in the form of vocher. It's been a month I have not received my money back. I shared this incident with few of my relatives, 2 already been through this and they said they uninstalled Ola because there is some kind of scam Ola is doing with us.

Ola support is bad.driver accepts pin and then tell it is showing 2 km after accepting and he is not even moving .There is no emergency support available for this disputes with driver.

Worst app, i booked a ride the payment was not going through wallet to ola app wallet then smarty driver shown another wallet both the money has been deducted...i was trying to lodge a complain in a site but their was not any appropriate column. The AI says you have paid cash pls confirm than it closed the app. I was not any option other than writing a review
