Extorting money!
Ola, very recently has indulged in a scam. Nothing less than what people are already facing through different modes. Context is that in case you have booked a cab by selecting payment mode as cash, it will charge you extra. after putting a request that you were charged extra, they would we have initiated a refund as a voucher. That voucher now has become invisible because they havent issued anything, you wont see anything in your money, for you to avail that money. This is happening with so many people and clearly Ola doesnt care. There is no support option where one can call and get these thigg no s fixed. this is ridiculous Ola. Get this fixed asap . A lot of people's hard earned money is at stake.

Malpractice
They showed a fare initially and when the ride end the fare was twice of what was shown earlier and when I tried to reach the customer care they are not responding

pathetic service N nobody addressing the issue of frequent cancellations of ride
Such a pathetic service that entire Ola team including Bhavesh should die out of shame, can't manage N control the so many cancellations . everyone involved N encouraging such practices must be removed

Don't order anything from the app,it's totally scam you don't get your order delivered , and it shows delivered in the app without giving the OTP, customer service Helpline is waste.They say your delivery address was wrong,and they don't give the refund.Worst app

Garbage, doesn’t work
Can't get past the registration as SMS never arrives and the call option doesn't work either. I'll stick with Uber!

Final fair was higher and no support at all
Worst experience ever, fed up with phone calls and sms. And absolutely no support at all their agent don't even know basics english to respond. And of course behaviour was so rude. Tried couple of times to contact and resolve the issue but absolutely no proper response whatsoever. Never recommend to use this again.

Worst app team ever
I had booked an ola parcel on 25th Jan 2025, as the driver arrived he refused to accept the parcel and asked me to cancel the order. After he went some distance from the pickup location i got an option in the app to cancel, so i cancelled. I received a message from ola saying my refund has been initialised. I have been trying to conect the support team from the next day onwards but not able to find any relevant option to get connected. Any where i search for customer support it is just taking to the app where some already prepared queries are shown. Really disappointed as Ola is one of the big companies in the service. Hope to hear from anyone from Ola.

Food delivery
Their food delivery option is too much time consuming.They take so much of time to deliver the food approx double the time estimation and also no COD available so we have to wait till our order has been reched honestly its too much tiem taking ( takes 1 hr and more for a delivery estimation of 30-40 mins)never gonna order again tehy dont even procid necessary help they lack the choices of options in them as in help mode

Prepaid Order Not Delivered, No Support Available
I ordered food through Ola, but it was never delivered. Despite raising a complaint, the support team marked my ticket as resolved without actually addressing the issue. Since I prepaid the amount, there is no way to get a callback or contact customer support directly. This has caused both financial loss and a waste of my time. I expect a resolution within a few hours, or I will escalate this issue on social media and take it up with the consumer court.
