Lack of communication is impressive can't wait to have our union bargain to have this and express scripts removed from outlr benefits.....I went from having prior authorization until 8/2025 to none with no information or anything only when I went to fill my prescription did I find out.

insurance tells you you must do this... but it is a complete waist of time. nothing helpful. other than the scale that is 10 lbs off. but insurance will not fill your prescription if you don't do this. hate being told you have to do something that doesn't help.

App missing features they told Express Scripts they have
My GLP-1 was suddenly showing non prior auth. I had set up the scale and app and weighed in weekly. There is supposed to be a tracker in the app that shows there are 8 steps to complete every 30 days prior to a refill. It is missing. After many phone calls and finally connecting, I'm told that they can see the weigh ins but that I didn't engage the app. I am told I needed to also read their lessons. AI generated basic content that serves no purpose except to show engagement. The health coach will not provide a full name or their credentials, it's AI, but it tells you she's not a bot so it's okay. It also takes them 24-48 hours to update Express Scripts if they have erroneously reported you inactive. Everyone seems very surprised that I would have questions about the credentials of my health coach or questions about why the app doesn't work. I also now have to get a new prior authorization once they let express scripts know I did participate. They recommended I email before each refill to make sure they didn't mark me inactive. This app is everything that's wrong with American healthcare. A grift setup by a tech guy in 5 minutes to help insurers save money with no concern for patients or their safety.

Not a fan
Wish you could track macros and add exercises. I have been using My fitness pal which is easier for me to track on vs this app. I do use the Omada machine to weigh in. Plus I can't find how to change my weight goals which is very frustrating. Not a user friendly app!

It's one of the worst food trackers I've ever used. You can't scan things in to see breakdowns of nutrients, which means you have to use multiple apps if that's info you want to track. Love the connectivity with the scale, but not a great tool for anything else.
