Absolutely horrible update. Meal tracking is atrocious now. Almost want to stop using the app and quit the whole program over this update.

Direct Patient Care is NOT the priority of this app or company

Every two months when my refills are due, I run into yet another glitch where they are telling my insurance company to reject my refills. Then I experience withdrawal symptoms, hours spent on the phone trying to fix their error. The last Omada representative I was with was so rude and unprofessional. This app is taking the plan of care decisions away from my care plan team. I can't believe a glitch in the Omada system can determine whether or not I get my meds.

I was only able to use the app for a couple of weeks. Afterward, it kept asking if I was interested in a CGM prescription, and it won't accept no for an answer. It just keeps blocking me from using the app, asking the same question over and over.

Doesn’t Auto-sync with Apple Health

I use this app mainly to track my weight using the scale they sent to me. The scale sinks with the app fine, but I have to manually tell it to communicate with Apple Health. Every time. I have communicated this to their tech support with zero reply.

2025 update: the app is great, unfortunately my insurance dropped the benefit this year, so I can no longer use it. and the scale provided cant be used with any other app. im changing my rating because it would be great if more options were available.
