Doesn't work....

Opens with a menu, by whom. Double customs. From the mother country and here in Finland. The customs issue is a rather original presentation. And then from that address, it is not for the neighbors to use, neither online nor as shipments coming from the mailbox. A product that has been circulating in the mother country for almost a year, so let it remain uncollected and go back to where it came from.

A gap in digital security. Notification of the delivery method selection for an incoming package comes by email with a link to the selection. At least the email contains a tracking number, the accuracy of which can be checked. The delivery method selection cannot be made in the mobile app, because the incoming package was not visible in the app when the email notification came, and the package is not visible in the app even 3 hours after the delivery method was selected.

It's not working!
Android

Notifications about packages arriving are delayed. There are also pickup requests for packages that have already been picked up. This app doesn't work very well.
iOS

Buggy and badly translated
The app is buggy. Sometimes it just goes blank after signing in. The translations to Swedish are sloppy and bad, and spelling mistakes go for months without correction. A disappointing mess.
Android

Application itself is simple to use and all the information is clearly available. A very big downside is that it logs out automatically after some time, after which there won't be notifications about new letters or bills. Any application, especially one like this, should stay logged in unless logged out manually.

Useless bugrake

Changing to the MFA application cancels the login process, making logging in impossible and the app completely unusable.
