I booked a ride and when I was going to get on the train it was not valid. I had to pay a more expensive amount at the station and luckily I was able to travel. I'm waiting for the return, but there's no one to talk to

Refund & customer service
The Omio customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There's no option for contacting actual help but you're looped through a never-ending cycle of automated email replies & bot chats. The customer service phone number is only a voicemail message telling you to use their app or website. I cancelled a booking for 3 ferry tickets well within the policy stipulations & received a “Cancelled” confirmation. I have not received a refund & am fairly certain I am never going to. I have reached out to them 4 times via their customer service options but have yet to receive a refund. I travel several times a year & will be sure to avoid this company in the future due to their sketchy practices.

Why there is no option in app to change the language/location? We are travelling so it's most likely we will change that. It's a basic feature that should be in app not get from the smartphone system.
