Problems with boarding pass
I have used this app in Spain and can say that it's good for booking buses. I also booked a flight through the app and could not figure out how to get my boarding pass online. If you wait to do it at the airport you have to pay a fee if less than 2 hours before departure. Although the good folks at Ryanair got me sorted, they advised that it's best to book direct, not with a third party app.

Incorrect times
On the way there everything went perfectly. On the way back, the app's departure time didn't match the correct departure time. Accordingly, we missed our train!

Not the expected security
I trusted her precisely to avoid what happened, and zero response from the company. I bought a train from Pompeii to Rome and we were stranded, it was a bus to the train station and no one knew where it was, even the taxi drivers left us badly. We paid extra passage to Naples so as not to miss the train full of suitcases and with a 1-year-old child. Unforgettably terrible and omnipotent 0 support, apology or return.

App opens up with a plain background picture, and no explanations. Clicking on the picture multiple times opens up a login that requires a google account, even though I registered with my email on the omio website. I uninstalled and will travel using a PDF ticket. :(

Prices are higher
The app is easy to use, but I noticed that prices are often higher than booking directly through the travel company's website. It's a good idea to check the official site before making a purchase on Omio.

Disrespectful
I bought a ticket for a trip from Seville to Barcelona. This was my second train trip; the first one was just three days ago. There was a lack of clear information about the different companies operating the routes, as well as a lack of cooperation from the staff responsible for the train. Since we are tourists, we were unaware of the ticketing rules and the minimum time required between trains (the company should know these rules and issue tickets accordingly, ensuring they take action if there are delays or issues with the train operators). We were treated very poorly by the train company and have not received adequate support from either the train staff or OMIO's customer service. We bought the ticket for the Seville to Barcelona route with a train change in Madrid. The first train was delayed, and I asked a staff member on board which platform I should go to. I was told that there would be a staff member at the train door when we arrived to guide us. They directed us to platform number 4, which indicated Barcelona. We were GUIDED by the train staff, and I asked twice! We were instructed to board the WRONG train by more than two staff members, which caused us significant problems. As a result, we had to pay again for a trip we had already paid for (and it wasn't cheap). We requested a refund for only the second leg of the trip, but they offered us a €50 voucher (we spent €200), and we were still treated poorly. The train operator even threatened us, refusing to listen to our explanation and treating us like outcasts, even though the company had given us the initial instructions. We follow the rules, respect people and places, and expect at least a minimum level of dignity in situations like this. My advice is to buy directly from the company (I didn't know the difference either), especially if you are a tourist and may need support or a refund. Since OMIO was the company that issued the tickets, it is co-responsible for the problem. The mistreatment was from the train company. However, the lack of support is mutual.

A devastating experience. I bought a bus ticket from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia. There was none. I downloaded the app I paid with debit card amount in US dollars. The app is a scam for me.
