I spent money to buy your equipment and its supporting services. Your upgraded program is not compatible with my old equipment. In other words, you are abandoning old users and will not provide services to them. Shouldn't you provide compensation to us old users for breach of contract? !

The measuring device itself is OK, but the app is not. There is just too much that has to be activated and it is too complicated. The app is also not particularly easy to use, especially since the really interesting information is only free for six months. After that, you have to pay €9.99 every month. So the focus here is on income and not on health. With other measuring devices that I also use, the app is much easier to use, clearer and completely free and includes location determination.
