Poor poor Customer Service
I just spent over an hour trying to remove a debit card that hasn't even been added to my app and they keep trying to tell me how to do it but there's no possible way on my end without having the card they show me how to delete it how to remove it there isn't Anything in the app showing that it's possible to do what they ask.

AVOID!!! Sketchy, conniving, absolutely horrendous
This is the worst bank I've ever encountered. I made an account and forgot about it. I noticed I was getting emails of my monthly statements so I went to close it and all of a sudden it claims “I have no account” I've been getting monthly statements including one today for years. When I try to reset my password, anything it says there is no account associated. I reached out to customer service and this is where it went from annoying to horrendous. The first agent I talked to claimed I have no account with them. After I reiterated all the emails of my monthly statements and if I tried to log in with a new log in it says I have an account. Then she said oh now I see it. At this point I knew she was lying. She stated I closed the account and i knew I didn't. So I asked again, she started blubbering saying she has no access to see if I have an account and if it was closed. Claiming I never had an account, the monthly statements were advertising emails. Every time I pointed out the truth, there started more and more lies. It was utter nonsense lies and stuff that makes you say, “You have to be joking” I was done with them. I said whatever go ahead and close the account because this is irresponsible, childish, etc. I wanted nothing to do with this bank. I asked if she would just send me a notice when the account is closed. She said she had to escalate this higher up. I've closed accounts with well known banks such as PNC, Wells Fargo. You don't have to escalate to close an account and send a notice. I know people who work at other big banks and it's not like this. So finally a few days later I get an email saying they cannot tell me about MY account or MY INFORMATION because it's illegal. They sent me their privacy policy which 1. They are completely wrong. 2. Not only was what I asked for not against their privacy policy, I found 3 things they told me they wouldn't do that's against their own policy to do so. So now I'm fighting back and forth for someone with a half a brain to do what's right. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK AT ALL. They will lie, give you the run around. You will have no access to your own information, funds, etc. if you get locked out. I'll update my review when things resolved. Even after that this bank doesn't deserve even zero stars. They need to shut down or hire new people and rebrand. Not only as a bank but by far the most irresponsible, disgusting, unintelligent, conniving business I have ever seen.

Scammed my cash and suspended my account
I've got to know about this wallet from using walmart, then I used to get initial rewards, and got quite a few cashback from using walmart purchases regularly. I've also ordered the debit card since I have the debit card I loaded some cash into it. then all of a sudden they suspended my account without specifying any reason. I have no information about my account being suspended and I lost all the cash back and the cash I loaded into the account. I called customer support with frustration and sent me the check for remaining amount and that the account suspension is final and cannot be reversed. I've only got the my cash deposit but not all my collected rewards are lost I would never recommend this to anyone.

Ripoff and no customer service to speak of
Took my money when i cancelled transaction and didnt buy anything nothing but they held 37.40 and over drew account 10 dollars and held it for nine days and wouldn't help me at all and

Doesn’t work with credit card number thats 15-digit long
Terrible app. While it accepts 16-digit long credit card numbers, it is too stupid to accept a card number 15-digit long. They also don't have an option to communicate with support team via email when it is convenient for you. Instead, you will be shuffled around a myriad of agents, each of which will exit the chat while you typing a reply because there are always more important customers than you are

It was good until it wasn’t.
I liked this app until it sided with DoorDash about a dispute over the wrong order. I guess receipts and pictures don't matter to One. I can't support a company who doesn't support me against a multimillion dollar corporation. Even PayPal is more noble. To top it off, they took the deposit limit up to $25. This relationship is done. Bye bye.

I couldn't create an account in the app, I got the card at Walmart and it didn't work. 😔
