Initially, Opay was good. I gave it a five star review here. But after going through their customer service, I am giving it just two because their customer service especially the "live chat" is a joke. Their customer service is absolute zero!

Great app with zero charges ONLY on in-app transactions. My only complaint is reckless charges imposed on USSD CODE users even for incomplete/failed transactions!! Please do something about that. If you'd charge, then it should be for successful/completed transactions ALONE.
