why is it that I cannot transfer money from my card anymore? why am I frequently getting authentication error, even after logging in the OTP code? and why can't I get a customer service line to direct my complaint to? cause the only existing one in the app is for issues not relating to this.

The app is good, but one annoying thing is the automatic call verification before proceeding with a transaction. Instead of receiving a call, I only get a flash. I'm stranded and frustrated with it. Please consider removing this calling verification step for smoother and urgent transactions.
