I had an account with an old work email address. No mater how many times I attempted to reset and change the address it kept saying I needed to verify my change of address at my old, nonworking, work email address. Ugh

Slow and non responsive

I hate it when restaurants use this app. Want a reservation? I need to text you a code? Enough? No, I also need you to type in your email. Done? No, I just need to email you a code now. Two codes, one phone number and one email? For a dinner reservation that does not require a credit card? What an unnecessary hassle. I could get a passport with less verification.

Not going back ever.

In trying to make a simple dinner reservation, I had to have three codes sent to my phone and confirm my email twice. It's a dinner reservation!

I'm booking a table in a restaurant … not buying government bonds. WHY does it have to be so complicated ….with your endless log ins? Almost at the point of stopping booking through Open Table altogether.

Every time I try to log in I get stuck at my email address. They say they're sending a code but they never do. I can't fix it.

This app consistently fails to make it clear when the reservations available are for outside tables. Multiple times have run into trouble with this. Last reservation it was so cold they didn't even have outside seating available, not that I wanted it anyhow. A good service otherwise ruined by what starts to feel like purposefully misleading information to get the booking. Easier to call a restaurant and avoid these mishaps with a poorly designed app.

We ate at Ghee Sat night and had a terrible experience. Almost immediately after ordering our appetizers and drinks, our appetizers came out within minutes, before our drinks. Then while we were enjoying the appetizers the main entree and rice came out, without the naan. Again, minutes after the appetizers. By this time we had been in the restaurant less than 15 minutes. Then we waited for the naan before digging into our main course, and 15 minutes later, when our mains were cold, we flagged down the waitress— who had not bothered to swing by once after getting our order. The naan was hot and delicious, but our meal was cold. By the time we paid our bill, the whole dining experience was 40-45 minutes. We have spent more time at a fast food restaurant. That is not the experience you would expect at a restaurant where you will spend about $50-75 pp. We will not go back.
