I have made 21 reservations and only have 300 points! Ridiculous. Make it make sense when typical reservations give you 100 points! I will never get to a reward.

The link to Xalli day pass is broken and it took some creative detective work for me to find the reservation. I think this could be designed to be much easier to navigate too and clearer in the description. I am not sure that Open Table is a good system for a day pass to a beach club.

Filter options are not always available. Very confusing UX.

You have screwed up the new verify it's you process for existing account holders particularly when trying to use cell phone numbers. You are fast making your systems value added zero

There's a lot to like about this app, but be very careful about the accuracy of the information. For example, there is a restaurant in London called Wulf and Lamb in Chelsea that has been closed since January 2024 yet is still taking bookings on the app and the app is generating confirmations. There is no way to report this on the app and the support chatbot is completely useless. No other channels of communication seem open. Reaching out to them on X so far has not generated a reply. It's misleading advertising, and wasted a shed load of my time yesterday.

Yesterday, I spent $312 at a restaurant with an OpenTable reservation that the restaurant didn't check me in. When I tried to refute the charge, OpenTable removed the option. Extremely frustrating and thankfully, the restaurant credited me subsequently. I have reserved 700 times with OpenTable. When on the website yesterday trying to rectify the other issue, I learned they are expiring my well-deserved points including 700 on 3/31. When trying to redeem, they said I had none of my unexpired 13, 750 points available to redeem. OpenTable is horrible and they doesn't deserve our business!

We made reservations through OpenTable, but lost them because if someone called the restaurant directly that reservation trumps the one through OpenTable.

Sending me in circles of texted codes to sign in. Have neither the time nor patience for OpenTable. Then it doesn't present the booking options in full. Avoid.

I use OpenTable for years several times a week. But now I got banned because a restaurant said I didn't show up by mistake????? Btw, I went to the restaurant and I have the proof of it.
