DO NOT USE Open Table. They do not know how to manage reservations over time zones. You will be burned. Incompetence is the best positive word I can use for this company. How they are in business is beyond me.

1. I really dislike being forced to use location services for this application. It should be the choice of the user. Granted you can get around it but get an error every time I open the app. I'm often not searching for restaurants near me. 2. Reservation invitations don't always work or don't show up for a long time. 3. I get many “oops” errors surrounding connectivity. Otherwise, the rest of the application is quite good-it's easy to make a reservation (once you get past the hoops and errors)

Open Table made a reservation for me recently. I needed to confirm with a credit card, which I did. The reservation was confirmed twice, once by email and again via text. Imagine my disappointment when we pull up to a closed restaurant. This was supposed to be a celebratory evening that turned into a complete waste of my time. Never again!!! I'll call myself and leave out the middle man. Open Table is a joke.

This app is useless for sorting by price. You can sort by price from 2 to 4 stars. The 2 star restaurants include many very expensive restaurants. I assume restaurants choose their category, so they select 2 stars so they won't be excluded from the search results.

You can't find some restaurants on open table. You have to find the restaurant first on google, then click on open table on that restaurants website to take you to the open table app.

App crashes when trying to make an account

I am very disappointed that Shoji's makes you make reservations online. 😡😡

Great food. Nice ambiance but terrible service You need to wait 30 minutes to order food There is only 1 restroom you need to wait in line to use it.
