When I opened the app, I got a message saying that the current version is not supported and that I need to download a new version from Google Play. The new version won't start at all, and deleting the data or completely reinstalling the app doesn't help. So, a fully functional banking app is now useless after the forced update.

The design and functionality of the banking app look like it was made in 2012 – and this is supposedly the largest bank in the country? Constant errors and problems logging in with credentials. When I couldn't access the app while outside of Finland and had to ask a friend to pay my rent for me, that was the last straw – I decided to change banks.

For those wondering why the latest version doesn't work, it's worth checking your phone's apps. We had a LineageOS phone 3 years ago, and the data had been transferred to a brand new Samsung. It came with a copied Magisk Manager, which of course doesn't do anything on a non-rooted phone. OP-mobile scans through the app list and refuses to start if it finds something it doesn't like. Ridiculous nonsense and not at all in line with good manners.

Assume the time zone is Finland.
I was wondering recently when the transfer between my own accounts couldn't be made. Then I noticed that my father-in-law had made a payment to go tomorrow. This is because it's Saturday here in Japan but Friday in Finland. However, payments are forwarded according to Finnish time, so this should finally be fixed. I have complained about this directly to Aspa two years ago but nothing has happened.
