Needs to pair every day
The app isn't that special as in that it's mostly a timer. But I like it anyway. Or liked… since I got a new brush and connected it, the app asks me to pair every single time or day. Often after doing so then not registering the brush being on until you kill the app and reboot it. Then it won't need a pair and will work. Until the next day, same thing. Please fix this. Leaving a review as no otherwise to contact the developer.

Stopped working
It has work great until the last update. Now the app stops. 9 seconds into my session and tells me to try harder. It has now caused the app to be useless

Useful to have help tracking however it's so inaccurate, even when brushing as advised, that you end up over brushing in some areas just to get the tracker to give you 100%. It would be helpful to rate the accuracy after each brush or have an option to select on the app the area you are brushing to assist with tracking.

Useless Christmas Update 2024
The animation of pseudo-snowflakes is a waste of time. Ugly, moron. inadmissible; Why this inconsiderate volume of data? Clean up hard drive storage. On 28-10-2024, new update, the app swells; The huge data is still not erased. Hurry up!

Crappy app, good toothbrush
The app crashes very often, and logs me off randomly and doesn't sync any data. I have to delete and re-install the app all over again to be able to use it; so far I've done this thrice in a span of 2 weeks of using this toothbrush.

The app shows 1-1-2000 as starting date and doesn't record my brush time. Your website doesn't help and the Dutch phone number isn't working as it gets disconnected. Can someone help?
