Oticon Companion - Latest Quality Issues

Bluetooth keeps dropping. Repairing did not help. Rebooting phone works but need to do several times a day. STReaming does not work as well as did on previous oticon hearing aids. Many times the app says one aid is not connected but I can hear thru it. What gives? Do we need an iPhone for the app to work properly?

BJ since I switched to oticon companion doesn't stop having problems every morning when I start my devices nothing goes right, I have to start everything from scratch! With the old version of Oticon I closed the battery drawer and everything worked flawlessly. Now it's misery 🥵🫣🫡

The old app was more stable and worked flawlessly on both iOS and Android. This app is the worst, no longer pairs. In the unlikely event that it does, it loses contact from time to time and re-pairing can take up to 20 minutes. Ponto mini5 with an s21a

Doesn't connect well with the hearing aids. As a result, the operating functions work poorly. Often not at all.

The app works quite well, but it opens a bit slowly. I use the Oticon Connectclip for phone calls and streaming, as I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 and a Unihertz Jelly Star.

It keeps disconnecting! Reconnecting takes a very long time.
