Bluetooth issues
Bluetooth connection for these is horrific. I'm a 23-year-old hearing aid user and I cannot imagine how the target market for these (elderly) would be able to troubleshoot through the constant Bluetooth intermittency/disconnection.

Seems to drop one if not both hearing aids from Bluetooth periodically.

Great app … when it pairs
UPDATE: since the blaster iPhone update, this app constantly loses connection to my hearing aids. I'm having to control them through the accessibility function in my phone's settings app. This is the best app for hearing aids I've used. However, in the last couple of weeks, it will pair and then immediately lose pairing. Now I can't change profiles. Aggravating right now.

Too slow to load up
It's a assistive app but it takes forever to load up other than that I would've liked it to give a bit more control over some basic setting like boot up chime on/off etc.

Hardly usable
Unfortunately, after every call to the app, you wait what feels like an eternity until the connection is established. Unfortunately, this does not always work. It's annoying.

Can't load this app on my Windows 11 pc, which is where I need to listen to video and audio files. A major drawback!

Does what is necessary
The integration into iOS is still too inconsistent. For a device that is used permanently, a consistent orientation to the operating scheme of the aipods pro in assistive listening mode would be necessary. Apple must also accommodate if the claim to support special needs is serious!

I don't think it's okay that the hearing aids can't be connected to the mobile phone. The main reason I bought these hearing aids was the alleged ability to talk to them on the phone. The price was very princely anyway and then no one can or wants to know about it. The only answer to my question, probably my cell phone is the problem. If I could, I would reverse the purchase. No one has earned a medal.
