Does not update your app when putting in gas meter readings. Had to contact them about direct debit as I had changed tariff. Fair enough, eventually it got sorted out but still bad when having to contact them.

The power move opt in has disapeared and I did not receive the discount on my latest bill. I didnt opt out. No monthly updates. Power move opt in cannot be found on the web site and tells you to download the app. The app does not have the power move opt in either. Rang OVO support and passed from department to department and fobbed off with try an update or check in a week and ring back. luckily contract is up for renewal soon for a switch. Previous reviews have similar issues with missing info.

App delay
This app used to be amazing but this last month or two there is a delay in when I can see yesterdays energy consumption. I have electric heating so being able to see what I am spending is important as electricity costs a lots more than gas. This is an app issue as the data has been sent and recorded in the meter readings but the app says ‘we are missing some data' or ‘your data is on its way'.

This app still doesn't work for 'complex meter set ups' i've got a smart meter they installed??

Does not work.
When I open the app on my iPhone, it tells me to go online to view my account. Is says the app can't handle complex meter setups. I have two meters, one of which is not used. Even when you logon line it tells you there is a problem. What is going on.

This app is absolutely useless. I can not submit my readings at all now for 4 months in a row. Why? I am absolutely not happy. What is the reason 🤔?

Latest doesn’t show gas usage
Prior to this latest update the app showed the usage for both gas and electricity. This one now says it requires further information to show gas usage. If you log into the portal on line they are all there. I have spoken to customer services twice, they are not interested saying the smart meters are sending them information.

App hardly works
The app crashes constantly and every time I try put money on it just refuses about 3/4 times every time oh, and it just took two payments out of my account even though I only put one
