The UI on the app does not work well when I go to look up the hours at a location. The text is squished on top of each other and is unreadable. Please fix this

Please don’t mess with decaf
The app is good, except that decaf coffee is removed daily at 2pm. I drink regular coffee in the morning and decaf if it's after 1pm or so I can fall asleep at night. Removing decaf from the menu creates an inaccurate feedback loop where there appears to be no demand for decaf after 2pm - but really, it's just not possible to order it.

This app is trash. It keeps saying my password is incorrect even after I've changed it.

I try to change my email address because there's a typo. I click save. It says saved. I try to leave that screen and then the only options are keep editing or exit without saving. I exit or restart the app, but my email is the same with the mistake. No way to change my email address and the save is faulty.

Update 11/15/24: How did you make it even worse? New layout is confusing! Original: No toggle to use gift cards before credit cards. Asks for dietary preferences, but doesn't relate to anything. Rewards sometimes reflect things with dairy, and it doesn't differentiate items on the menu with these ingredients. Hard to go back and alter a favorite after adding to the cart (like for half and half). Having allergens listed next to the ingredients like condiments and bread would be helpful as well.

App doesn't work! Such a terrible experience. Love the food but can not stand the inability to have a functional app. I know you make so much money and you can't make a fully functional app that you test and care about

The app is easy. But Panera supported the RNC. I can not support Panera anymore.

For months the app won't take either debit cards I have. Both aren't declined as I can go into one of your bakeries and use the card that the app won't accept. It always gives me the use a different card or come back later message. And I know I didn't input my info wrong I literally have the cards right in front of me while I try to use them. And I know it's not just me having this issue either. Can someone please fix this issue so I can start ordering on the app??
