trying to order online 2 orders of soup & sandwich Special 4 delivery. 2 specials end of season soup&sandwhich.. wanted 2 orders of potato soup & one Italiano and a chicken something..I don't know.. program kept freezing ..I thought I was a member but I even tried to sign in as a guest. Now I am extremely frustrated and I'm not going to order any thing..was really looking forward to potato soup..I have been trying. now 4 45mins..Bye .

I've had an account for quiet some time but now, out of the blue, it logged me out and now it doesn't let me log back in... it always says "oops, looks like something's wrong, try again later". So i just lost all my points and rewards because I'm unable to login.

When it works, it is OK, the problem is it rarely works when I need it. The problems span from login issues (changing passwords doesn't help and I need to try later) to system maintenance.

The attempt to connect to store wifi is an annoying feature as it looks to be cutting into an already reliable connection. Suggest a delayed attempt at connecting to store wifi to prevent existing connection conflicts and to also have the feature configurable to be turned off.

DONT TRUST PANERA APP HAD MY CARD INFO SAVED ON APP AND THE OTHER DAY I NOTICED PANERA CHARGED MY BANK 3 TIMES WITHIN 24 HOURS AND ITS BEEN 3+ MONTHS SINCE I LAST WENT. So I check my email and sure enough orders were being made in Maryland (I've never been to Maryland in my life) from my account. so do NOT put card info in app, clearly it is easily hackable. I'll never trust Panera again, I'm going to my bank to report this and the BBB for allowing this kind of thing to happen on your app.

They almost got me. I was ordering every morning on my SIP Club membership. I was often splurging on extras. I would sometimes go back multiple times a day. But this terrible app... the unrelenting generic errors and 'Oops - try again laters' loosened their grip for good, and now I am free. Thank you for saving me, Panera App!
