User interface is unusable. Takes forever to even get an account thank God the app is so bugged and laggy I can't do anything

The app consistently will log me out for no reason and even when I input my correct username and password it won't log me in. This occurs even when I reset my password and input my new password. And when I do manage to get into my account, the app will constantly hide all my rewards as soon as I place even one item in my cart. In order to mitigate this, I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times before it finally works. Unacceptable

I love Panera bread, but there is a whole lot of things wrong with the app. I can never log into my account so I would order as a guest. Please fix that.

The app logged me out and will not let me log back in. This is infuriating as I am an annual sip Club member. I have had many problems with this app before. It is like they don't want you to use your benefits.
