Favorite Delivery Location is Pointless in This App

The app makes ordering very easy. It also does well with order tracking. However, what is the point of having a favorite delivery location if the app does not default to that location? It seems like this would be an easy fix.

We only have one papa John's in town every time we order it it's not up to par, ask for xtra cheese and you barley get any. Wings are dry. Food is burnt and also not warm, please explain that. Will never order again. Employees have bad hygiene. Very rude and will refuse to replace your food that they droped.

Not accurate

The total on the app doesn't reflect the customers total so make sure on cash orders you look at the receipt and not the total on the app. App showed $36.93 and customers actually total was $46.72. Ended up paying the store for the customer.

Update March 2025: Regretfully I gave it another chance. I have at times picked up but decided to order delivery. I won't do it again. My pizza was made quickly but then they used DoorDash to deliver it. I could have done that. 30+ minutes to drive 2 miles. 0 stars. 2021:Sends my order to the wrong store. They don't seem to care. I'm hungry and without pizza. They've done nothing to make it right and act like it's my fault. Second time it's happened. Uninstalling. Will find new pizza provider.

Tracking location

This app does not track any location. I live in Hammond, Louisiana and placed an order in Brandon Florida. Terrible app.

Scam

I had an order that totaled $19.98. The suggested delivery tip of 15% was 5.99. Now I'm no math guy but it seems like they're trying to scam people by saying a tip is double what the percentage. Embarrassing from a company that large.

App is a DUD. Won't let me use the app Without updating, it's okay I take my business elsewhere. My local location can't get a single order right anyway.
