The App works ok but…….
The password that I use for all of my pizza ordering apps for some reason doesn't work anymore with the Papa Johns app. So then I select that I forgot my password and they send an email to reset the password but every time I click on the link, it doesn't take me to reset my password, it just takes me to the beginning of the app. So I had to create a new account and after submitting my information, the reset password page finally popped up, a little too late. And within two minutes of creating that account I got two spam phone calls and I started getting spam emails. I usually don't get spam calls or emails anymore but now I am constantly getting spam calls and emails every single day. so that's my issue with the actual app. Now my issue with the store. Every time I order pizza from the Lebanon PA Papa Johns, I ask for the pizza to be cooked well done and they never do it. I ask for it to be cooked well done because their pizza always seems to be a little undercooked along with the deserts.

I've always love using this app. I have used it for yeas. Now I cannot order pizza through app. The latest update has caused the app to no longer load for me. Says you guys are having problems loading the menu. I uninstalled and reinstalled same error message. Please fix. Cant use app 1star until I can use my app again.

Y'all's app has been broken for weeks. Can't even launch the app for 3 seconds without it giving me "Network Error It appears that we have encountered a problem loading the menu. Please give us a moment to catch up and try again." Not working on multiple device/networks. It's y'all, not me.

Page has sliders to turn off offers but Save button is not active. When offers turned off, it is back on when page is re-visited.
