One Driver - Multiple Inaccurate Delivery Tracking in App

The app has one MAJOR flaw. After ordering, you are informed to follow the status of your delivery on the app. A franchise can choose to have the driver make multiple deliveries. Unfortunately, the GPS app doesn't distinguish between the first delivery or the last, so when the driver makes his first delivery to another address, you get a notification inaccurately saying your order has been completed. Frantic calls to the store are put on hold for too long. Then, miraculously, your pizza shows up. Drivers are aware of the situation and complain they don't get as many cash tips as a result. Please fix this or if there is already a fix, instruct your franchises.

Credit cards are impossible.

There is no way to delete your credit card from the app even if the card is expired. Plus it allows you to store only three. Now I can only order with cash because all the slots are filled with old credit cards and it doesn't allow you to add new ones. Edit.

I can't seem to get past the main loading screen. And it's happening more and more often saying no network connection but I have solid connection on my phone

Good Pizza Bad Delivery

They store always gets it right every time but the door dasher is a hit and a miss they have stolen a pizza, had another order the pizza was flipped over during delivery, another order left it at the door when I requested to put it in my hand just crazy

Good pizza

Your pizza is great. The garlic butter & pepper messes with my acid reflux. Be nice if I could get a pizza sauce instead. Chips would be nice too. Ruffels and Doritos.

Tracking app

App doesn't track the driver in route to the house makes it difficult to know when arriving to make sure you hear the buzzer for the apt building
