I really like this game. But already on 3 occasions I have bought the offers of gems and coins and they debit my card but I have not received any coins and gems. I don't understand why the truth is that I won't buy anything better anymore because if they charge me the $0.98 which in my country is almost Q.8.00

I reinstalled the game after almost a year to see if it had improved at all, and no, it's horrible, it's worse than before, it helps the opponent win, it's full of advertising. It doesn't make sense.
