Wouldn't work kept getting error codes. Wouldn't accept PayPal Wouldn't accept my canaduan postal code. Deleted and downloaded another app and had no issues.

They have no option to prevent offer and promotion push notifications. So I have to decide between enabling push notifications so I'm warned when my parking is about to expire and deal with frequent promotional notification or turn them off entirely and remember the time I parked. We live in exciting times ….

This is an app that makes money through parking. They do not need to make more money by sending us ads for scammy gift cards through our notifications.

They charge you out of nowhere and when you call for refund they deny it, if you want the refund you have to fight the agents and ask for a manager and fight the manager and then escalate it over to the CEO that is the only way you would get your money back. Seems unfair and unlawful that you have to fight just to get the money they stole from you.

There are so many problems with the app. It is just an overall bad design: 1) You can't add a vehicle while you are parking. This really stinks when you are in a rental and forgot to add it before you started to park. 2) You can only have 4 or 5 vehicles in your list. I have 15 vehicles so I am constantly having to add/delete vehicles (which is a pain due to reason 1). 3) You can only have 2 credit cards associated with your account but it won't tell you this. When you need/want to add a third card there is no option for a credit card. You just get an option for PayPal and their wallet. It would be nice if they would tell you that you are at your max (which should be higher than 2). 4) You can't add/modify your cards while you are parking. So if you have an expired card that you need to update, you need to go back to the home screen and go to settings. Then you can start to park again. After having ti try to park 3-4 times (due to the reasons above), I usually get frustrated and just leave and look for another option. Fix your app!

They are unable to refund or modify accidental payments and blame the parking authority. It's an impossible problem to solve apparently while they steal your money and leak your personal information to attackers. In cahoots with local parking where you pay for parking yet still get ticketed and forced to pay parking tickets even with a documented financial transaction. This company is a giant scam and should be shut down for unethical business practices.

It's more like spyware than convenience. Constantly trying to track you, logs where you go, and sells data for advertising. Not to mention thanks to their subpar cybersecurity they lost control of users data including names and license plates of their cars, which is now accessible on the dark web.

I had to not park because of the enormous complexity of this stupid app
