The ParkMobile App has a really serious security vulnerability issue
It would not allow me to use my ParkMobile password to log into my account, and alleges that I need to log into my account using the link it will send to my email address on file, and of which said email with the link doesn't arrive until 30 minutes to an hour later... It's disturbingly awful, and this has been happening for several years now. And therefore I strongly believe that the ParkMobile App has a really serious security vulnerability issue.

Email Link is does not work
App updated to require email link to login now (rather than password). Email link is broken (returns blank page), so no way to login. Many other users reporting same error.

If you want to make this efficient let the customer sign up with his own password and stop sending a link email that makes you stay in a loop with no reason.

people forget that this company lost your data to China, and multiple municipalities are to blame. The app has several issues and you're forced to use it. We deserve better as free people, and not be subjugated to this corporate supremacy.

The app recently abused the notifications system to send push notifications promoting a marketing effort regarding gift cards.

Horrible
I got charged 20 dollars for a parking meter. I received a ticket even though I had previously paid. When I went to check my history in the app, the payment had been deleted. However, the 20 dollars was still missing from my account. When i contacted customer support, they did not help me very much and then sent me an email saying my account has been closed. Shortly after, they sent me another email telling me to disregard their previous emails and then I never received any further help with my issue or a refund.

We arrived in Santa Cruz, downloaded this app, paid for parking for three hours, they charged us, but the next day they charged us again for supposedly parking. I wrote a request to the support service, two weeks have passed since then and the support still hasn't responded, and I don't think they will. This is how these guys make money, stealing from other people's cards and ignoring the requests of dissatisfied users.
