ParkMobile - Find Parking | unitQ Score

My data was leaked from this app. Be careful using if you don't want your info stolen

If a code sign is not in your direct site when you park, you have to sometimes walk to find it. In cold weather, or if it was my elderly mother, it's a big inconvenience. You should be able to look at the ParkMobile map and the codes should be posted.

I got the link in my email to sign in, tapped the button, and got a blank web page. Utter failure of an app

The app works but it's designed for the parking providers. Not end users. The app feels like it's designed to extract money from you instead of making your life easier.

Very Bad Experience presented below without comment (Okay maybe one comment at the end) - Reserved a parking spot for the day at a garage. - Arrived at the stated address during the agreed upon time frame. - The QR code did not work (I have no doubt this happens from time to time) - Called parking attendant per instructions provided in the app. - Parking attendant informed me that the QR code provided to me was not valid despite the fact that I was at the agreed upon place at the agreed upon time (I'm sure this happens from time to time due to technology error or whatever) - Called customer service immediately in order to inform them of the issue and also to provide supporting evidence (Was assuming this was just a garage error or technology error and that a refund would be provided) - ParkMobile refused to provide a refund stating “no refunds for unused passes” - To summarize: ParkMobile brokered a parking space, provided an invalid access code to said space, then avoided responsibility by claiming a defective pass was “unused” I am having difficulty distinguishing this behavior from petty fraud.

I used the app to pay for parking, but still got a parking ticket

Literally the worst mobile pay app I've ever encountered. Couldn't process a single payment then suspended my account. Needed to pay for 1 hour of parking and ended up on hold for ever. Hate this company more than I hate my town for charging for parking.

Stopped working, cannot update payment method, does not find zone number.
