Why do I have to download this apps? They force us to do it with eliminating all other payments options… if you have bad connections, or you are in rush, or you don't credit cards etc… you will get ticket!!!!

You should not have to have to go to your email account to signon with an email address Why ditch the Email/Password signon combination?? My email is segregated according to device.

I was getting extremely frustrated bc I couldn't find my past receipts to add to my expense report for work. I had to use 3 other logins to try and find this receipt thinking maybe I accidentally used one of my old personal emails to login, still didn't find it. I went back into the account I want to use and requested notifications be sent to me by text but it wouldn't allow me to bc it said another user was using this phone number which of course was me on my personal login. I use my personal mobile for work as well. I chatted with one person who refused to help me and continued to end my chat. I kept requesting for assistance and finally found this wonderful person, Atiya she helped me remove the old logins and to add my phone number to the login I wanted. Took her 5 minutes and done. I would like to suggest instead of logging in with an email to login with your phone number instead. You could send me a notification link to verify it's me and voila problem solved. If people are signed up for the business app you could do the same and one more thing. Your history page doesn't always keep track of my parking. Which is frustrating trying to track down a receipt. Please keep track of our parking. If I'm logged in and followed the instructions and protocols then it shouldn't be this difficult to find a receipt.

Cannot create an account, email link does not work. Cannot pay via app, because account isn't being created. Even more infuriating, my company policy does not allow disabling of security features on my phone and email, and they want to say that is the only way to log in.

The app has a significant upcharge that it doesn't disclose. 3 hours at a meter by my work, which is $1.25/hour, runs me $3.75 if I pay at the meter. Paying on the app costs me 5.35, and lists $5.00 as the parking subtotal, with a disclosed $0.35 fee, making the total $5.35. Where does the extra hour worth of parking come from? $1.25 extra in 3 hours, they're upcharging by about 1/3 the cost per hour without disclosing it, plus a $0.35 fee. Until I realized this, I was enjoying the convenience.

It's not possible to log in. Gives error "forbidden" every time. Only option is to use the website if it want to work that day. You would think with so much money from all the locations they collet, they would have a functional service ....
