Search doesnât work
App used to work very well until out of no where the search function doesnât work so I am unable to put a location in to look for parking. Has to delete the app.

Not very easy to navigate. I made a mistake on an event day parking date and found it very difficult to change the date for my parking reservation. Ended up canceling the reservation for a refund and still having difficulty navigating to reschedule. Very frustrating.

App won't show previous parking passes for regularly used license plate prior to installing app. Using and saving payments whether Google or card won't show previous passes. When I scan parking QR code the app automatically opens but won't work correctly so when I back out, I lose the QR scan. Sometimes the parking pass will still let me pay but it freezes or I have to go back to rescan the QR code.

Do not use for games parking
I purchased a parking ticket in advance for the game and arrived 30 minutes before it started. However, the parking lot personnel turned us away, saying the lot was full and that we should request a refund. This forced us to drive around an unfamiliar city, searching for alternative event parking at a much higher priceâall while risking being late. This is exactly the kind of situation this app is supposed to prevent. A few days later, I submitted a support ticket, and they refunded my original payment but refused to cover the additional cost I incurred due to their failure. I wonât be using this app for event parking again. For comparison, Iâve used SpotHero before and never had an issue.
