Our usual booking is two times a day except for the first (when we need only an evening visit) and last (morning) days. To book that we need to create two bookings. If you want to add an overnight stay, you need to create quite a number of bookings. It would have been way more convenient if it was just one booking with different days marked differently.

To register as a dog sitter, the system requires several changes to the profile (photos especially) and despite the changes made correctly, the profile is not activated. Unfortunately, customer service is non-existent and therefore after so many hours dedicated I have to say that it is just a waste of time. There are much more valid apps.

Pawshake did not help us when our sitter (Lena Lee) sent us message that she is leaving our dog alone and will accept no responsibility if something happens to him (2kg ball of fluff) wrote no help will be available to the dog when he is left alone in her flat! That was the opposite of the agreement. holidays ruined, pawshake was useless and we had to contact police to take our items from the sitter. No money refunded to us. Beware! pawshake deleted my account,ignored facts posting reply.

I have a problem with my pet sitter account, I have complied with all the requests regarding the file to be a sitter but my profile is not active, I would like to have a solution to this problem..but otherwise the app seems to be cool and the information requested is serious

The app used to be good. Now, I won't get any notifications/texts about new messages/bookings. I've missed several enquiries because of this. I rely on these notifications as I'm not on the app every day. Please fix this.

No good. I wrote 150 words about my services and have updated my gallery photos yet it keeps showing up as I haven't done either so my account can't be active

Usual app for fanatics where you have to do a million steps for nothing where they even want photos of the soul and you also have to write a bible of description, to be avoided like the plague
