Major bug issues. As soon as I log into my account for clocking into work, it automatically logs me out before I can clock in. This app causes me to clock in late every time. It's worthless if it can't perform the basic function that it was designed to do.

almost unusable login that makes clocking in for work awful. Huge issues with two factor authentication that make me type in my password, use my fingerprint, and receive an authentication code every time --- and there's no way to fix it. Even checking "remember this phone" doesn't help. Clunky and hard to use. please fix login issues. Otherwise no issues but logging in is such a nightmare that I go out of my way not to use this app.

Very little on the mobile app. Does not function like the desktop at all. Cannot see all functions as an admin account. Pretty horrible app. Also the website on phone is the same. Does not function like desktop. I feel if they have a mobile app, it should be able to do the same functions as the desktop, because why have an app if it doesn't have the same features? If I could use something else I would.

Unreliable
I've been using this app for over 2 years and for the most part, it's dysfunctional. Often it doesn't completely open preventing me from punching in. Other times, it will open after 3 to 4 minutes which is a ridiculous amount of time. The app constantly needs to be updated which will prevent the app from being used at all until the update is completed (no “update later” feature. I mean, if you're not in a hurry or just need to check a stub or request a day off, I guess it works for that. I only use it because our company picked it. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother.
