They tried
App works ok after you get things setup. Load times are rough. I can't believe we're still using usernames in 2025, and the password requirements only allow ‘@.-_' as special characters?? I'll have to reset may password way too often I know.

Went through the whole process of changing my password. Can only log in through an internet browser, the app did not let me log in.

The company loves to charge all kinds of small fees, and they charge a $1500 fee to transfer 401(k)s. I would never recommend them. ADP much better and there prices are better

Absolutely god awful company. I can not log into my account because it requires the company I worked at 3 years ago to give me promission so now I have to report them to the IRS just to get my W-2, I will actually refuse to work for companies that use this platform from here on out because this is atrocious

Most of the time it's blank once logged in and no action can be taken or it shows the loading icon spinning and never loads.

They make it impossible to delete your information or profile. Customer support makes you call overseas CALL CENTER and give SSN. I won't contact support. Fix it, and I will change the rating.

Exceedingly Slow to login
This app is great when it works which is very rare. It's difficult to login and once I login the page freezes. I have to login and out multiple times in order to get it to work. Sometimes I can't login at all.
