Endless login loop
This app is by far the buggiest and frustrating app I've ever used and being that it's medical related makes it even more so frustrating. Upon login, you encounter an endless loop of Face ID, username, password prompts and maybe on the 4th try, your login will work. Being that it's medical related and tied to insurance, there is no other way to access your account and upload Eob's. Please fix these issues. They make me question getting an FSA account due to them

Face ID does not work
Even though I have enabled face id and logged in using username and password, it asks for username and password for every login.

I login and there's absolutely no info there. Says I have no free t accounts and I most definitely do.

Inconvenient
Every time I switch between apps/tabs on my phone the app logs me out and makes me start over. Makes it very difficult to input information for reimbursement.

Pretty disappointing
Given that this handles one of the largest insurance companies in the nation, this app is a joke. It freezes. Had a check issued which I lost… requested a new one, never came. Logged back in, and the transactions won't load past 6 months… so now I can't even access the original transaction amount. Logging in seems to take forever. Have to relogin every time I need to access another app to get related information like invoices. Constantly freezing. It's a joke.

Never enjoy using this app
The app doesn't have local security features so it reroutes you through the browser every time you open the app, I'm constantly in a loop of waiting for it to load and if my phone goes to sleep or I need to change apps to find relevant information for a claim it restarts the app and I have to start over. Very frustrating to use

Slow and buggy
Could not even log in before. Now I can, but it is slow and tedious, and the app logs me out any time I switch to another app or close my screen. App is also very slow.

Unable to sign in
The app is the worst. It is unable to figure out the first feature of any app and keeps being stuck at sign in. Completely useless.
