Terrile app. The website is not allowing trades and phone support is not accepting my phone number. I decided to try the app to see if it would be better. The app is not accepting my password. The website is already slow. I will be moving over to an easier company. Inspira is terrible!

Used to work….
This app used to work. Now it just logs me in, logs me out, logs me in, logs me out, and keeps going. Thankfully there are PEOPLE I can CALL instead of using this maddening application.

Login Experience Extremely Poor
Terrible login screen. Will not save login/password info and takes you to a webpage to sign in every time. Face ID does not work and the passkey is redundant.

The Worst
Do yourself a favor and don't ever sign up for an FSA through these people. The worst way for them to steal your pretax contributions. Everything is scrutinized to the T and they ask for multiple receipts then bounce them back for arbitrary reasons that benefit them and screw you! They suspended my debit card 5 years ago so I opted out until this year, trying to maximize pretax expenses. Guess what? Still suspended, no new debit card, and every receipt is a nightmare to get your money back out. They truly are what is wrong with the healthcare system in America.
