The app seems to work fine, but the quality and cleanliness of the washing machines and dryers is very low. The washing machines are constantly dirty, smell of mold, there is always an accumulation of hair, coins, nails and other garbage. I tried to write about it, but I was constantly redirected to different companies, so nothing changed.

None of the offers for free credits are actually paid, seems like a scam Revenue Universe is just collecting data. The customer service is terrible, bots presumably.

This app has multiple blatant ads to click on that ask you to pay money and gamble in exchange for washer and dryer credits. This type of behavior should be banned on an app store.

Stupid App…Stupid Idea
What happened to just sticking a change machine on the front of the washer? Also, why can't I add custom dollar amounts? Also WHY do you need my first name, last name, and email to do a load of laundry. Delete this app, delete your whole business model.
