Hard to get your money back . If machine is broken. I spent 6.75 and could not get a refund. Or else I would have given a fund. The should be with the computer an out of order on the machine.

Doesn’t work
Had to download this app just to try and buy a Coke from a vending machine in Las Vegas. Followed the instructions but it didn't work. I'm deleting the app.

A rip off
You are forced to put a minimum of $25 on the app when you start using it. I have traveled to over two dozen states since I set this up last year and have never come across another laundry facility in which I could use the balance. The owner is able to just keep the funds. I can't find a way to get my $19 back. Owner must be getting rich on unused funds.

At least try to get some support for customers
Customer service is garbage. Can't get issued refunds easily. Have to go out of my way and email them outside of the app. Connectivity issues to their machines is a HUGE issue.

Do not use
They are refusing to refund my balance after my apt building stopped using their app. Am exploring a class action lawsuit.
