Very stupid and unreasonable customer service
I was using Paysend from 2021 to February 2025 without any problems. In the middle of February, they started asking a lot of questions, send your passport document, send your ID document, send this, send that. After sending all of them, they closed my account, in other words, they deleted their customers of 4 years in one line.
