There is no support in the support service
If there is some problem when sending or the card does not have the correct number, they will not return your money, withdraw money from the card, it will not be returned to you, they will do everything to prevent you from getting your money back.

They literally closed my account after requesting my ss , identification , bank statements . Terrible customer service and experience

Works stably with rare technical issues 👍 The main disadvantage is that transfers to Wallet take a long time compared to other operators (typically 6-16 minutes). I'm talking about the time from the transaction is created until it reaches the status of 'Money sent'.

Worst money transfer app ever. They requested my SSN, my ID, a selfie with an ID, a selfie with the card, a video to prove I am a human, and yet transfers are still stuck for days and never succeed. And on top of that, when I tried to permanently delete my account... I can't. An error keeps showing up. Don't use this app, prefer alternatives.

Very cool app. I send money from Germany to Uzbekistan without any problems. True, sometimes the application does not work as it should (freezes, once they did not return my money, or more precisely on July 8, 2024) I tried to contact the support service and they claimed that they sent the money to a local bank, and the local bank said that they did not receive any money. And it would be great of you to contact me and refund me directly to my card
