You have removed the ability to add items to shopping cart directly from previous orders. Why did you remove functionality from the shopping process??

Worst App Ever
I hate this app. It never works. My cart always gets stuck endlessly loading. I even PAY the annual subscription fee…and I can't even use it! Such a rip off.

Probably one of the worst coded apps on the market. Slow, convoluted, and just generally bad UX.

Mostly reliable and user-friendly, with one huge problem: if there is a substitution, you will be asked to 'finalise' the order by approving or rejecting the items in the app. This is NOT actually possible. It would be great if you could, but as it stands, you have to call when you arrive for pick up. If I'm missing something, I'd love to hear it.
