garbage app that doesn’t work
cart never loads, you add one new product and you have to wait thirty minutes for it to load your cart price. the minute you have items in your cart, the app breaks and becomes unusable, nothing saves or loads

App Doesn’t Work Often
Contacted support and never heard back. Closed account and reopened. Worked for a few times and then stopped working. Had previously used with no issues for a long time

Very annoying they added 'subscribe' so you can't just one click add items. Items are slow to be removed from the cart you have to wait a few seconds and always double check. As well huge ad as you are scrolling now.

Waste of time
Decided to try the app to order groceries for delivery, spent an hour choosing items only for the order never being placed due to error message when placing

Slow to add to favs, slow, item(s) missing
The app is very slow to add remove from favourites, please allow a default list or something so we can one click add or hold the click to choose a list. Slow to load. 30 pack of NN eggs is not in app but when I go to the same store there's plenty. This is the case for weeks. Why can't I cut copy paste in this?

Horrible
Will not accept my gift card, and after trying on my iPad nothing wants to load, will not let me change stores will not update anything. I lost my whole cart and now defeats the purpose of trying to get my groceries delivered lol I could have been done by now if I just went to the store. Could be something easy but I gave restarted my phone and reinstalled the app maybe just a bug!?!? But it's annoying ughhh

App is a mess, drivers stealing
Aside from the app being a mess (search is irrelevant, keeps defaulting as pickup, and keeps logging me out), drivers have been stealing my orders on numerous occasions. Stop using DoorDash, stop doing batch deliveries, and focus on doing the basics correctly… switching to Voila.

I can't seem to add products to my favorites list anymore. I tap the "heart" icon and nothing happens. The red heart has vanished when I return to the item again. My app has the most recent update.
