very high fees and they won't deliver within a few hours. how to change my entire cart to match new sales, now the delivery fee is 6$ instead of 6$. even with Optimum Point offer ,it's hardly worth it.

Good but missing a couple of features
Missing: ability to easily order items from Insiders Report Missing: filter for Made In Canada Missing: distinction between “made in Canada” vs “prepared in Canada” Also please make it easier to: -add items to order after checkout - reorder items occasionally bought before - know country of origin for all products Search could also be improved

App offers never work
Your app sucks. Your offers never work. Digital coupons never load. Your members never can load these things and get the points they deserve so it's all a scam. It's been this for forever. I've contacted customer service over and over again and nothing. Total scam.

Won’t process orders
Lately I have been unable to use the app, as when I press place order I get an error message saying: An error occurred while placing your order. Please try again. I got it to work the other day once after trying 20 times. But once again am unable to get it to work. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it. Logged out. Changed payment types. Nothing works. It's been going on for months.

Customer service not helpful
App didn't work. Called customer service, they said it was a problem with my credit card. Called my credit card company and they said it was the app

After having the app and successfully using it for years yesterday the app didn't place an order, even though the app said it went through and even put a pending charge on my credit card. I drive 30 mins away to pick up my order to be told they have nothing on file. I go to open the app and now it continues to say "Your internet appears to be offline, try again". I have tried multiple times, with wifi and with data, to delete the app and reinstall nothing is working. Very frustrating

Garbage interface. Disgraceful. Too many issues to list. Only used it because I had a promo, and it quietly forgot said promo every time I touched anything at checkout. Set address? Enter the promo again. Set delivery time? Enter the promo again. But at least I saved money? Nah, it substituted things that were on sale for identical things that cost twice as much, without asking. I placed a $100 order friday night and it was $150 by sunday morning. Absolute joke.

The amount of banner ads this app is constantly shoving in your face is absurd. I don't need you advertising to me while I'm shopping. It's horribly obnoxious to constantly be getting ads for Heinz while I'm just trying to shop for my listed items. I even pay a yearly membership to get PC + or whatever it's called. an absolute joke.
