Offers you can’t take advantage of

🤔 for several months now, about 3 out of 4 times, when trying to access “My List” or when trying to select “+” on any offers, I get the error message “It's us, not you. We are having technical issues…” or “Our apologies, an unknown error has occurred.” Feels like they are finding ways to reduce customers' abilities to benefit from our loyalty & increase their profits at our expense. There should be some accountability for the system being unreliable.

We no longer see our coupons once we have added them

The new coupons section of the app allows us to add coupons. However, once this is done, we no longer see the selected coupons.
