It keeps disconnecting me from my account.

For over 4 months I have been unable to connect to your application. I see the first page where I can identify myself and then it takes me to a blank page. I have often missed discounts that were only available on the application that I am unable to open. Really unfortunate and frustrating!!

Potentially abuses our privacy
At Shoppers Drug Mart this app will not allow customers to take their blood pressure for FREE unless they agree to very dubious terms which will allow/ give permission to Loblaws group to give access to partners or third party groups (which doesn't rule out insurance providers) to delicate and private healthcare data which could put customers at risk of cost increases or healthcare coverage losses or other unknown disadvantages. It is already enough that Shoppers Drug Mart could benefit from details of blood pressure tests without opening up other opportunities for profit through sharing information with partners. These blood pressure tests should be free of charge with no strings attached. If you do not agree to these terms, you must exit the blood pressure machine interface not be able to take your blood pressure.. the only potential pressure the customer gets is marketing pressure from the Loblaws group at their corporate partners. This is greedy and shameful..

Too bulky
The app was much smaller, but now its huge with so many ads and other spam. It's far too big with extra things that are pointless.

I am unable to enter the application. I had to change my optimum card and email because sending to my old email does not work. I do my lost password and I receive nothing in my box despite several attempts. I changed my optimum card and it works via the computer but the application still nothing. Very disappointed because a few months ago it worked great.
