All Titles-Continuously Glitches
Never able to watch anything on my smart tv due to ?????. The troubleshooting information doesn't pertain because it happens when I'm the only one at home streaming. I haven't been able to watch anything for over 3 months. At this point, I'm wasting money and should cancel subscription. I can't get past the home screen before glitching starts. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Never streams in Dolby Vision. Called they said I needed to factory reset my TV, which I eventually tried and it didn't fix anything. I own a Hisense U7G. Every other streaming service I own, Dolby Vision works perfectly!

Can't Use Bluetooth Controls WHY?!?!? 😫 Using Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ & Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE. It's 2025, NBC! NONE of our phones come with headphone jacks because all the phone companies want us to buy their overpriced Bluetooth headsets. Yet this ASTOUNDINGLY bad, poorly-designed, user-unfriendly app has the absolute audacity!!! The audacity to FIRST of all, force us to pay for it even with ads to begin with...but then to release an app with NO BLUETOOTH CONTROLS INTEGRATION?!? 🤬
