Pearson unfortunately is very often giving students the wrong information, as an app it's been very buggy, to many features and none of them are useful, to many ads and you have to pay for the premium version

Won't load Calc course. I needed to study before my quiz and now I'm stuck on a refresh sign.

missing pages on mobile, won't open any picture files from book. do not recommend this book for school.

This pile of garbage doesn't ever let me search anything. It just continues to say "not available offline"

why cant i download on laptop????

The audio book feature lags horribly. If I pause it and then press play again it goes back to the beginning of the chapter. The highlighted read along text does not match up with what is being read.

Only issue that bothers me is while watching a video the app will appear to crash/reset the page, and will stop playing the video. This happens nearly every time I use the app so if I'm irritated enough with waiting to press play multiple times to finish a video, I will just go on the website on my computer. But really wish the app could stop doing that because I prefer the convenience of studying wherever I can…

It worked once on my iPhone and it wouldn't load the contents of my book for a month. I forgot about it until today when I really needed it and I left my computer at home. I have wasted more than enough time waiting for it to load and nothing.

Pearson is useless. Everytime I have to use it, I have to email my professor to re-register me in the app because MyLab can't seem to retain my enrollment in the course. It's asinine. I use most of my study time trying to access the stupid class.
