App is usually broken in one way or another. Currently, the app requires an authentication code from PenFed. Which they don't send. Support as usual just gives the runaround. Run. Far away.

Customer service is terrible. The automated system is terrible. The app isn't better. It freezes and glitches. I was on hold for 35 minutes, and no one answered the call. Let me warn you go elsewhere to do banking

Switched banks because the unreliability and inability to deposit a mobile check is unacceptable for a credit union that services nationwide and only has a location in DC.
