great service, pretty good app. it would be nice to be able to go back from a product detail screen to the search results and not have to scroll all the way down to where you were just looking. if it's possible to "remember" where in the list the user is looking, so they can select a product, read the details, and then go back to continue looking exactly where they were previously.

I've been a long time customer. it's really upsetting that their app is not functioning correctly where I can get in touch with someone from the Help Center. I keep getting error messages. I've reached out to customer support via email. no one has responded to me.

great products but a little pricey some items are almost double what you would pay elsewhere. but they have a nice selection and fast delivery and it's convenient shopping. overall it's a plus.

this app is horrible you can't purchase with your own that has been getting deposited on there .try verifying your bank to get your funds back takes extremely long still haven't got my money . then it keeps saying I need to add my bank to the app but it's already added yall took 2 payments from my check so far without me getting anything. I would not recommend family or friends to this app.

they pick and choose what to respond to.. I ordered a soundbar a month ago and still no shipping details and they won't respond to me asking about it.

scam company. doesnt accept direct deposits unless directly from your employer? doesn't warn you that before hand! and now my family goes without my paycheck for 5-7 business days? do yourself a favor and just go to capital one. go to rent a center. go anywhere but perpay!!
