Although I think that this application is the great one, it takes extremely long to apply my rewards points.

The app is compatible neither on my Samsung Note 8 cellphone nor my Samsung Chromebook. Therefore I miss perks and discounts only on the app, even though I pay for Petco Premium Membership. This poor technical service is unsatisfactory and requires time lost when a kind local store person searches my 8th dog groom discount on their backroom computer. I have no website record of groom purchases in the meantime.

Horrid App
The app won't allow me to login, makes me create a new account even though I have two accounts now because of the same issue. Online help is nonexistent. Have to call the contact center and they are helpful but using the app is practically impossible

in-store purchase
The app currently has some limitations. For instance, it does not display in-store purchases, which has been quite frustrating for me. Additionally, accessing the app is notably slow, making the experience less enjoyable. In the past, I was able to easily view all my in-store purchases, but now that feature seems to be unavailable.

Potentially good, but…
I have the same trouble with this app as I do with their website. It does not function while using a VPN. This needs to change. I have a vpn on all the time with my phone and most everything else functions just fine, but not Petco. What purpose does Petco have for not functioning with a VPN?

Rewards Account Management is Awful
Last year when my dog passed away it took over a week to have her removed from my profile and today while trying to renew my membership to the rewards program there's still references to her. I cannot update my payment method and to be honest, I have never used the app to book or manage grooming appointments. It is just easier to work directly with the store in person

Frustrating to use
It's one of the apps you delete and just use the website because it's so slow. It doesn't keep you logged in, and just is not as high functioning as most apps we purchase things on. Overall frustrating to use and it needs work.
