It could be better. They could use a GPS to target the location near you when you open it. It gives you too many choices that are not at that location, and you must filter to find what you need. It also has issues accepting login credentials

Another winner. Ordered a brace for dog. Piece of junk. Returned to local store..took 3 months for return. Paid extra for overnight delivery..arrived in 3 days. Petco always sucked even when they had stores. I can see why they closed.

Cant get into app
Cannot get into the app nor the website. It says would you like occasional notifications specific to your pets, rewards, and special offers?? Next button on bottom and it does NOT work!! I can't update auto ship or anything! Very irritated!!

I really enjoy Petco a lot due to I don't drive. And plus I order from you guys a lot I have two baby brother bunnies which is Casper in Lilo even a dog named Stella.... I love the same day delivery..... But I've been having issues with my app it will not allow me it keeps crashing and won't allow me to purchase or sometimes look at certain things... I always have to call customer support for help to finish my order which means now I got to wait for my stuff longer because I can't get into app

Never stays logged in. Always slow or doesn't work when logging into account. Not easy to use nor navigate. Excessive interface and not very well thought out. This app honestly sucks....just log into the browser, I doubt they'll ever fix this app.
