App and website need a little tweaking
I love Petco, and being able to easily access my vital care rewards is great. However both the app and website are very buggy. Sometimes searches don't return results for what's actually available, things they do have won't be listed. Also, at times it will kick you out and the login feature just doesn't work, it returns an error about the function.

Not sure how this app makes money
I have an issue every single time I try to use this app. Inevitably, I end up on their website. I'm shocked at how many different types of errors this app has. I'm sorry, but I cannot endorse this app and I waited a long time to post this. Ruh! (The message I get from Petco more often than not!)

I try to order through the app all the time, I get constant notifications that the product I'm trying to order is not available. When I go to the store the product is there.

Thinking about a refund
Ordered 180 dollars worth of pet supplies promotion says $35+ free shipping yet they still charged me $30 on shipping. Gonna try out Amazon

Fix It
A default address is that- a default address. I don't want to use addresses from years ago. I want the one that I selected “default” to be used for default. Don't say the thing is eligible for same day delivery if it's out of stock.

Review
I like the app, it's easy to use and has a nice layout. What I don't like is that I have to buy ten bags of dog food just to get one bag for free. I buy a 34lb bag of dog food every 3-4 weeks. The 34lb pound is around $76 and some cents. Which means I need to spend about $760 on dog food just to get one bag for free. I think the amount of bags you buy to get a free bag should be reduce!
