the app is very slow to respond and is difficult to negotiate. I have a subscription plan which I can rarely access easily. I find it by chance after clicking loads of other options. 🙄

I find this app the most frustrating app ever whoever designed it needs fired. It's certainly not user friendly in any stretch of the imagination. I've ended up cancelling all my subscriptions I've had enough

would give 0 stars if possible. My account has been deleted since they updated the app, it says my password is invalid so to reset it, sends my "reset password" link to my email address, then says I do not have an account with that email address, then when I try to create a new account with the same email it says I already have an account with that email address. Just missed out on rewards instore as a result.
