Rude and inconsiderate cashier, although her demeanor changed for the customer behind me. She didn't ask if I was a rewards member to use my points nor did she include my over 100$ purchase in the rewards program. When I brought it to her attention she just looked at me. It caught my attention that the lady behind meal that spent 32$ was asked all those questions and shown the rewards promo when she didn't even spend 50$ to qualify. I easily spend 800-1k a month on my dogs. Not there anymore

Incomplete
I would give this app 5 stars if it would give me the option of selecting the 45 pound bag of authority all life stages for sensitive stomachs. It shows the price range including it also the options. It only shows 3 to choose from.

App stinks
Trying to place an order through the app, I put a particular item in my cart four times and the car showed empty every time I want to pay. So I go online to my account from their website only to discover all four items are actually in my cart. So I had to delete three of them and then complete the order online.

Some buttons/functions in the Autoship section do not work properly and/ are outright unresponsive. So definitely some bugs in the app that can prove to be costly and/or an inconvenience at minimum. Please address these important issues promptly, due to personal budgets and possible financial crisis. Thank you.

Won’t load
It won't load anything. I can't search for anything in the app. I keep getting an error saying “we couldn't find what you are looking for. Please try again later” no matter what I do.

Extremely buggy
Used to always be bugs now when I try to do same day checkout with $10 off $50 items, it is not working. I have over $50 of items from that section yet the coupon is not being applied. It's always something with this app which is why I just go to the grocery store for pet items. And then it just deleted everything I had in my cart. It's one of the worst apps.

Issues with appointments
I'm no longer using this app. Every time i book an appointment it schedules me for the wrong day.

Deficiency
The app does not work properly when tray to sign. I try different accounts and try to speak with employees at the store, they say that is a normal problem have the app and they can't help.
