Time for appointments is off...it is showing as 1 hour early and yes I am set to the correct time zone. My auto upcoming autoship showed I ordered live crickets NEVER did or would I have a dog. I removed but it removed my true autoship orders

Stops working every time!
Even after upgrading phones and trying all the hacks to make this app work, it wastes my time! As soon as you get to checkout, it says, “Ruh-oh!” for no reason. Never fails. Yet they're always pushing you to use it for the points. Hiss!

Rewards tab never viewable
Title says it all. The tab on which rewards are viewed always says “oops, try again later”

App not working
I can't add a pet and every time I try to click on rewards it says oops something went wrong. Happens for two updates now. Horrible app.

Pretty Good
The app has a lot of great features, displaying offers and coupons on the front page, the search for products yields accurate results (most of the time). It just buffers so much when trying to manage your settings or view rewards. I thought it was an issue with wifi when inside their store, but even at home i'm constantly having to refresh and wait for the buffering to end. It's not a huge deal, but does make app less enjoyable to use.

The app is pure garbage, I tried to spend over 400 here on fish tank supplies. App literally would crash on every single attempt. Website too. Then today I try again, Just to order my cat food, cheap and easy ANYWHERE you'd think. Not here, the app won't submit it when you hit submit, instead it adds hundreds of the same items to the order, you take them out and instead of working it adds them back when you go to submit it again. I regret ever bothering, reward points wasted

I never leave reviews normally, but this app.. oh boy this app. Between not being able to scroll faster than a snail while browsing products everytime I go to purchase ANYTHING it tells me there was an error. I have to push "confirm order" about 70 times and even then most times I just get too annoyed and simply use chewy or Amazon.

I cant checkout on the app, tried multiple times. So i ended up going on the website and it went through right away.
