Good evening, I reserved a basket this morning and went to pick it up early in the afternoon at Franprix in Versailles. I had a message on my mobile indicating that my order was validated, but I was stuck on this page. The merchants did not have a validated order, so I could not collect my basket. I returned home and found your message telling me to go and collect it, this message indicated the number of the validation necessary for recovery. I live far from this store, I no longer drive. Can't help it, my order was cancelled after 2 hours. So we can't reserve baskets if they are cancelled.

Among the food in the basket, there was garlic sausage that was not fresh, straight from the trash and meat half of which was fat. Only poor quality products. Most of them disgusted me. I will not do it again in a supermarket basket.
