Not perfect
Doesn't read my upper-center teeth correctly. I can't figure out why or how to fix it. Otherwise, I like the app. Regardless of Philips' response, and having used the brush since late Nov 2022 (over two years), there is a problem with the brush reading my upper-center teeth correctly. My feedback was requested, and there it is. Though my Ph.D. is not in electronics, I can perceive a problem that is consistent over two years.

Unnecessary noises
Occasionally, the toothbrush makes unnecessary, unpleasant and relatively loud noises when charging. This can also happen at night and disturbs the peace and quiet.

Just about useless
This thing doesn't sink properly. It demands that you brush in a certain pattern, which actually makes me choke on the toothpaste. Overall, this is a pretty useless slap and I hate it. I'm sorry I ever bought this thing. The old sonic characters were much much better.

Terrible app
You need to open the app and sync your toothbrush daily. Otherwise after two, three days of not syncing, the Bluetooth connection fails and you need to pair it again, loosing all your progress. Very frustrating. Also the information presented by the app is pretty much useless. UX and UI are insanely bad.

I log out too often. I changed my phone and it still happens. It seems to be an app issue. Everything else is fine.
