overall the app is good. the tutorial videos and tips are a helpful addition. the tooth brushing and toothbrush heads use tracking and timer are the most useful parts of the app. the extras, like reordering, are not very functional. it would be great if it worked.

Useless
Most of features only work on the most expensive brushes. For my brush all I get is a timer and reminders to buy brush-heads. What's the point of that? The timer is already there on the brush. And I can buy brush heads on my own. Don't need the to bug me on that

Not friendly for family use
The app is not designed for families with multiple users. As a result, the notifications are not applicable and the application works poorly. A great pity for one of the most expensive toothbrushes on the market.

Regularly loses Bluetooth connection
Unfortunately, the connection between the toothbrush and iPhone via Bluetooth is very unreliable. It keeps happening that the toothbrush no longer establishes a connection to the app. Reinstalling and re-registering only helps for a short time and is extremely annoying in the long run. It's either the toothbrush or the app. I'm disappointed.

Gaslighting
Don't bother giving feedback to Philips - as it will only go to an outsourced customer service company - who will just politely pretend that “sorry YOU had an issue”. Philips doesn't respond directly - they just collect the money and outsource the complaints. All the reviews below about an App that doesn't work have been reported for over 5yrs. And it's always the same excuses, gaslighting and pointless brush replacements. Philips has created a $400 “smart” toothbrush that simply doesn't work the way they promise.
