Everything is buggy, and you cant rely on them. 2 times in a row getting my order lost and can't even trust putting my card details anymore.. use at your own risk, am deleting this nonsense

After taking my money the app decided to not to work . My money is gone and the app just shut down and I did not receive my goods. A literal scam

I thought items from Pick n Pay asap and the where never delivered but in the app it stated delivered , I emailed them with the complaint and they paid back the money on the on my wallet, when I try to cash out the money to my bank it says successful it will reflect in 3 to 5 days , it's been almost 2 month now 😳 then I decided let me just buy with that money on the wallet hence sending my money to my bank is a hustle , I didn't receive my items and in the app it says delivered. I will never your service or recommend anyone to use them. Your service is very bad 🚮

The stupid app waits for you to pay and then shifts the delivery date to the next day. If you needed something today…forget it. 3 times this has happened. Uninstall!

To replace my card for payment is so hard. The screen just hangs. Please it needs work

Genuine anger doesn't even describe how I'm feeling right now. I'm coming off of my 11th call the customer service line with NO ONE answering. First the app refuses to recognise that I made a payment and when it does it delays my delivery to TOMORROW MORNING despite me ordering at 2 pm for 4 pm. This is unacceptable of a brand that gets enough money per year to have a functioning app and customer service section and completely unprofessional. I for one will never use this app again and it has made me rethink pick n pay as a business that I patronise.

I've ordered at around 7:00 in the Morning, it is almost 10:00 now and nothing has arrived 😩😩😡

Slow, clunky, errors when searching and selecting alternatives. Just a poor customer experience and could be the reason why PnP is in the red. Look at Checkers sixty60 to preserve your sanity.

This was my first and definitely last time buying from Pick n Pay ASAP, I would advise anyone to stay away honestly. I bought 5 items on the app at 15:25, which included 2x 6 (200ml) of Schweppes. My order only arrived at 17:21 and when I opened the package considering how light it was, I found they had put 2 cans of Schweppes instead of my 12. I emailed twice, called three times then was asked to send a picture of missing items. Like what? Their support is really something and their refund process is not it.
