Extremely difficult to use
Not able to scroll through categories, you have to search each item separately. You can see that there are different categories but it's impossible to scroll up or down.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM PICK N PAY!! Do not use!!
Every time I order on this app I have issues. Not all items gets delivered even though it shows on the app that it was delivered. You pay for it but do not receive it! Then you call the call centre and they say they will escalate it and it may take 24 hours and that team will then decide if you quality for a refund (EVEN THOUGH YOU PAID AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!!) wow!! What a horrible service. Drivers take long. WILL NEVER USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE AGAIN!!! What a waste of my time and money. Horrible! Pick ‘n Pay should stop this service if they are incompetent to handle deliveries. Go learn from Sixty!!

Absolutely disappointed in this app and the company.
Second time my order is cancelled and sent back to the store because someone at their call centre didn't update my cellphone number as I'd requested. Serves no convenience and now I have to wait for a refund when I needed these items “asap”. One less customer

Always move ETA time
Never stick to the delivery time. Always move it on to more than an hour. Very disappointing.

Terrible SERVICE!!!!!
This is the second time I order from the app, the advert indicates that the delivery will be delivered in 60 minutes. My ETA keeps being pushed hour after hour and when you phone them, they will have to check with the driver. Why use them when 60/60 gives better service! I love PnP but would not recommend this method to anybody!!! Stay away and go to Checkers!!!!

Terrible service
Good day I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I have received in relation to my recent order placed on the Pick ‘n Pay ASAP app. On November 10th, I placed an order via the app. Initially, the app indicated that my order had been accepted, only to later change to "delivery for the following day." This was extremely frustrating, as the only reason I placed the order was because it indicated a same day delivery, which I urgently needed. I immediately contacted your customer care team and was told that due to high sales volumes, I should wait to see if my order would be accepted (even though the app indicated that my order was already accepted). I was further informed that if it was not accepted, the order would be delivered the next day. After this, I requested that my order be canceled and my payment refunded. The agent assured me that the funds would be credited to my wallet and that I would need to select “payout” on the app for the refund to be processed, which I did on November 10th. However, after EIGHT DAYS!!!!, I still have not received my refund. I called customer care again, only to waste more of my time and money on airtime. I was then told that my refund had not been processed on your end and that it would be done today 18/11/24, meaning I would have to wait yet another week to receive the funds in my bank account. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. If the error lies with your company, the refund should have been processed immediately. I have already waited for the requested 5-7 days, and it is extremely frustrating to be continually subjected to delays that are not my fault. I am deeply disappointed by the incompetence and poor handling of this matter and will not be using your app again in the future.
