This app is no good. I have an account and can login on the website but the app insist that I am either entering wrong username or password. Try to reset password it tell me that my email is not registered (keep in mind that I use the same to login on the website). I them try to create an account which then tells me the the email already exists. Not good Pick and Pay. Seems you are behind the other on this service

I received a message from my bank "From 1 April 2025, you can earn up to 30% on the Pick n Pay asap! app and up to 20% at Pick n Pay in-store. eBucks can no longer be earned and spent at Checkers from 1 April 2025. Terms, conditions, earn rules and limits apply. " I can not log on.I can not reset my login details. Same issue as previous patrons/complainants, can not log on or reset password.Please, kindly assist,ASAP, thank you.

Took every item out of an order except 1. Immediately processed that reduced cart so I couldnt get a refund. Paid for the delivery of an item that costs less than the delivery fee. Also scummy in how they handle variable weight in products. Charge you the max amount and then ammend the difference to a wallet you can only use in asap instead of back into the bank account it cane from

Horrible product quality and no way to get a refund for broken damaged products delivered, in app support is non existing.

Ordered from 3pm and only at 6:15 pm I'm told that the driver couldn't reach me (whom never contacted me) and took back the order, while on the app it still shows my order being wrapped up. I've never been so annoyed... The app should be shut down cos they definitely not know what they are doing.

Would love to use it but the default store nearest to me is absolute trash. They never have stock and I'm no where near brave enough to order food from those roaches. Would be great if you could select a different store.
