I SEEMS TO BE OUT OF IT OR AM I REALLY TOO OLD AT (85) TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE NEW THINGS ON THE PC&CELLPHONE? When Picnic started I was there right away, because at 84 you have so many problems that it is a huge relief when your shopping is brought to you. But why can't I order from the PC? As I mentioned, I am 85 years old and fiddling around on the small cell phone display is difficult for me. Why does it only work on the cell phone? Thanks to the staff,

Until the latest update with the new meal planner, the app worked great. Now the app crashes when opening a recipe that you have included in the weekly planner.

Very good selection of products, from apples to toothpaste. The delivery is always on time. Personally, I would be very happy if deliveries could be made after 12pm, as I can't always order something because of my shifts.

INCOMPETENT. I ordered on Sunday afternoon for delivery on Monday. My address was CORRECT. The delivery man called me on Monday at 2:30 p.m.: he had the wrong address but the customer service was supposed to call me right away for a solution. Half an hour of waiting to finally have to call them myself. Delivery finally scheduled for Tuesday. I ended up contacting the services again. 2 hours of waiting to write to me that delivery would not be possible. I tried to call, they had blocked my number.

No discount system. What a pity... Fresh produce (salad etc.) is sometimes not so fresh, minced meat is often close to its best before date. 😞 Packaging has been damaged several times...
